Laura and Heaven did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning our home! They were fast, efficient, very nice, pleasant, and professional from start to finish. We ordered a deep cleaning, and they completed everything in about three hours, which was amazing.

The cleaning ladies were nice and super professional. They came on time and were accommodating to my needs. I did a deep for my initial meeting with them and was charged $381. I thought they would have more time for cleaning because not everything I wanted to accomplish was done in that first deep clean. The person quoted me $361 on the phone yet somehow I got charged $381 on my card. There were a lot of reminders on filling out the agreement and terms and conditions to cover themselves and myself as the client in terms of liability which I understand completely. I think it would be best next time to send an estimate and quote in writing prior to coming, and doing more of a walk through together on what needs to be prioritized would have been better. I do intend to still use them to upkeep my home for now because I realize cleaning takes a long time, and manage my expectations that...

When I called to inquire about the price, I spoke with Christine who was very friendly and patient. Once I booked my services, Miriam and Monica were on time, communicative and hard workers! They were very thorough and detailed, and the house looked spectacular. I would definitely hire Lupe's Cleaning Service again.

Laura and Maria did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. They got every nook and cranny dusted and cleaned. They were friendly, efficient and very communicative. I did a walkthrough of my house with them and showed them the areas I wanted cleaned the most and they delivered. Before finishing, they did a final walkthrough with me to make sure they got everything, which they did.

First of all, I booked the deep cleaning service last minute but their hours were very flexible and fast. My focus was the window track and blind cleaning which was quite time consuming for the cleaning ladies. It eventually led to overtime for the estimate but, Lupe followed up quickly after the service and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Also, the pricing was very reasonable and they waived the overtime.
My cleaning ladies were Yettie(?) and Irene and they were very kind and trustworthy. Overall, I’m happy with the service!

Deep cleaning Top to bottom my hot button were bathroom and kitchen needed to sparkle and they met expectation. Myra and Laura were very good wit attention to details in the bathrooms and kitchen.

I have a toddler and I can't keep up with maintaining a clean home. Mirian did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms. Omg the tube was sparkling clean!

Today, I had a deep cleaning of our upstairs and an upkeep of our downstairs. I had two technicians, Heaven and Araceli, and it took between 3 - 4 hours. Both technicians were professional, courteous, and worked well as a team. I recommend this service.
