Carla and Claudia were wonderful, they came and went straight to working right away. They covered so much and made my home so much nicer. Very respectful and friendly!

I’ve never used any cleaning services before so I cannot compare but wow, they really made an amazing first impression and earned my trust. I was very embarrassed by how dirty and messy things were. Life just got busy and my home got out of hands. However, not once did any of the professional ladies made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable.

I truly respect what Lupe’s cleaning services did for me, it means more than they know. Sure I could have put some gloves on and did some cleaning myself, but honestly I would never cover as much as they did in the time that they did or as effectively! Excellent service. The ladies that arrived to clean my mother's home were hardworking, friendly and very thorough in their work. The home had tons of dog hair from our German Shepherd but the hair and dander was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. It feels better to even breathe in the home now. The technicians were nice but late. I think I expected more service for the price. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were cleaned well. The rest of the house still needs cleaning but I will do that myself. In this tough economy every dollar I spend must have value. I think it was a bit pricey for the short time and I did tip them.
