Modern, spacious, spotless!

I found myself needing a laundry matt for the first time. Kathy (I believe one of owners names) was so amazing! From the second I walked in she was friendly and helped me navigate the space.

The inside is modern with tvs, work space, and flavored water or seltzer water on draft. Should you find yourself needing a laundry matt - make the drive. This is the place!

The best and especially if Arny is there.

I went to wash my bedsheets a week ago, and one of the managers on duty, Lily was extremely helpful in getting me started with setting up. We also found that one of the machines (likely powder detergent by another customer) left residue on my comforter, and Lily was understanding and even let me stay longer to go through another cycle, on the house. The extra help and empathy Lily extended to me was really appreciated.

Wow! This place is clean and spacious. All the machines are new. Attendant/owner is friendly and helpful. You load the laundry card with $ from your credit card and that gives you access to the machines. No sketchy characters lurking around. Cash free. Even a nice place to sit while you wait. Also close to nail salon, grocery store, gym and coffee shop. And my big comforter got clean too!

I work at SAFe and when we had a pile of laundry taller and heavier than myself, we were able to get all of it done at Lumin in under two hours. We had fresh laundry for all the cats before their bedtime so they all went to bed with warm, fresh linens! The owner was really polite and helpful when helping me figure out the machines and now we have a really easy and fast way to handle the shelter laundry when it gets out of control.

This place is great!!! always a calm and quiet environment, it’s close to home and is the cheapest for me financially! (Normally spend about 20-25 at cedar plaza and only get two loads done, here at lumin I spend 15-17 to wash AND dry at least 3-4 loads!!) staff is friendly and I love the little water cup bar! great WiFi too!!

I was amazed how beautiful this laundromat was. It was a work of art laundromat. The service is second to none. I'm sure I'll come back. The machine is awesome, too. I will rate this place a "5".

This is the best laundromat EVER. Spacious, clean, helpful staff, all the products you need at a good price (laundry detergent and softeners). Sparkling water with flavor options and an option for caffeine too. Fancy pants :) Easy breezy and you can go get a slice of Pagliacci’s or shop next door at Thriftway* while you wait. Very sleek, modern, European.

Not too shabby way to spend Mother's Day doing laundry.

After an extremely busy week I needed to tackle a mountain of laundry that included dog towels and multiple bed sheets (hence, mountain).

Not wanting to mix dog hair in personal clothes, decided to bring the dog towels and brought along the bulky bed sheets to Lumin.

I'm glad I did.

It's a new laundromat conveniently located by Thriftway supermarket and other shops. The machines are all new, have multiple sizes, and most importantly have the large drums that I have been hunting for to wash bulky items. The machines are touch screen/touch pad and paid with a card that you load separately.

The process can be a little intimidating at first but the owner will kindly walk you through loading up a card and then starting a wash/dry cycle.

The place is well...

I would give Lumin Laundry a 10/5 if I could. It feels as if I walked into a prestigious nightclub, not a laundromat. It is immaculately clean, new, and has state-of-the-art equipment.

Arne, the owner, was just amazing. From the moment I walked in, he gave me personalized and extraordinary customer service. It was a pleasant surprise, something you do not expect from a laundromat, especially in the Seattle area. Just phenomenonal service!

They have a small lounge with entertainment and a beverage bar (bevi sparkling water) service for while you are waiting.

Doing your laundry can be such an inconvenient chore, but Lumin Laundry turns this banal inconvenience into a unique and surprisingly fun experience.

You must GO and try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Went in to use the laundry facilities..was hands down the nicest and cleanest Laundromat I've ever seen... and I have been to many. The owner took the time to answer all my questions and concerns he was awesome I would highly recommend coming here for all your laundry needs also the machines are pretty reasonable but the dryers are really amazing literally takes 15 minutes and they're done

I’ve never been interested in doing laundry at a laundry mat. But Lumin has completely changed my opinion. It is extremely well designed, very clean, and efficient. They have multiple sizes of high efficiency machines and soap for purchase. The pricing is reasonable and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lumin is something Shoreline didn't know it needed but I can't imagine living without now that I've been. Although my apartment has in unit laundry I can certainly see myself coming here to not have to fight my duvets and towels. It is such an innovative and modern space, fully equipped with a range of different sized machine sizes and an impressive keycard system. Loading the card, buying detergent, starting a machine and even using the restroom by keycard is so simple. The owner Arne is so incredibly helpful and friendly.

Super clean place! this was my first visit but it won’t be my last. The kind gentleman running it walked me through my first load and made sure i was well taken care of!

This is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the experience. It’s so clean, and the machines are in great condition. Super comfortable area to wait for your laundry to finish. I came because my washer and dryer are out of commission but I’m debating doing all my really big laundry here moving forward just because of how great the experience was, and the quality of the machines! Check them out!

The owner was so nice and helpful and walked me through everything. This place is sparkly new and high tech. Definitely the nicest laundromat I have ever seen. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Prices are very reasonable too and they offer an array of services if you need them.
