What an amazing place. Helped our teenage daughter, through her hardest time, the staff is amazing and attentive, always communicative and going the extra mile to ensure everything goes well. Clean place and even greater program and schedule. Yes our daughter had to work hard and her program but it takes effort not just from the staff alone. I would highly recommend Lotus!

I've been working at Lotus Behavioral Health in Orlando, FL for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great place for teens struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The staff genuinely care about the kids and work hard to create a supportive environment. The program is well-structured, focusing on both recovery and personal growth. I've seen firsthand how youth can turn their lives around here with the right guidance and support. If you're looking for a place that truly cares for your child, Lotus is worth checking out.

As a retired employee from Lotus Behavioral Health All I can say is, this is a wonderful place where your kid will be safe and taken care. very professionals and trust worthy. they do focus on making your kids get better and make them feel more secure and happy about themselves. Only thing I would said as a negative and NOT FROM LOTUS but more from ourselves is, You want to see a difference and get better? YOU HAVE TO BE READY FOR THE CHANGE and trust me, Lotus will make your life better. make sure you come with the right mentality so you can get the best treatment. Lotus Behavioral Health is a life changing place and will benefit your whole lovely family. Dont be afraid, im a father too and even tho I retired from this job 7 months ago I still take my kid here sometimes to spend time with the staff since they will treat your kid like is family.

I cannot find the words to express how wonderful Lotus Behavioral Health was for my child. We had tried other programs without success. Then, we were referred to Lotus and from the moment we arrived, I was moved by the amount of compassion and caring that the staff had for us as a family. It took some time and work to get to a point of recovery, it was worth it. If you ever find yourself needing these kinds of services, don’t waste any more time. The staff at Lotus is amazing and will work with you to help your child. I cannot thank them enough for getting us through a really rough time.

So grateful to work with Janelle and the team at Lotus who always put the best interest of the teenager first! The facility is also very nice and serene, providing an excellent place for healing.

Lotus Behavorial Health has changed the lives of many adolescents in positive ways. I have seen families who did not know where to turn that have chosen Lotus to take the wheel and intervene when they thought they have tried everything to help their child. Families that stated that they are so grateful that Lotus could turn the lives of their child back around and they can start to live again with a new look on life without the use of substances.

Lotus is an incredible facility. I've witnessed the warm-hearted kindness of their staff. Heather will work relentlessly to keep your child safe and sober.She has a genuine love for every child that walks through those doors. It's not just a job to these people it's a calling. I love the mission of Lotus and I have seen such great outcomes with those that have graduated from the program. This was such a needed service for our next generation.

I got to visit this facility a couple of months ago and met several of the people working there. Not having experience in this field I was blown away. I’m just a mother and grandmother. I got to see first hand the dedication and love that the kids receive here. I met people that are new in the field learning how to gain experience and also experienced nurses and leadership who were beyond dedicated to success. My heart goes out to families that struggle and to the staff that work on helping glue pieces back together. I pray that more facilities like lotus exist and that kids and their families understand that there is hope. I hope to visit again someday and get involved.

My son was in a very dark place, battling alcohol and drug abuse for months with no end in sight. He finally agreed to inpatient residential treatment and moved into Lotus Behavioral Health in April. He was treated with love and respect, got the treatment he needed, and came home a week ago after 51 days. As he left, he told us "I'm really going to miss this place." Your children are nurtured here, but also held accountable. They do school work, chores, make their beds, and address the hard issues that caused their addictions. They learn new habits and hobbies, like painting, playing basketball, reading and journaling. They involve the entire family in treatment as well with visitation, scheduled outings, and family therapy. My son and our entire family are in SUCH a better head space now, and I credit so much of that to the staff at Lotus Behavioral Health.

As hard as it was to be away from my son, Lotus saved his life. Michele is one of the most AMAZING human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don’t think either of us would have made it through without her guidance and advocacy. Vanessa was wonderful as was the nursing staff! Turning your child over to a RTC is one of the hardest decisions you will make. There are so many horror stories out there, it will give any parent nightmares. There were so many times I had to fight the urge to go rushing in and bring my son home. After 74 days, he finally successfully completed the program! His entire personality and demeanor are so positive now! I am so proud of him for all the work he did while he was in there! More importantly, he is proud of himself! I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 only.because , my son almost gave up because he felt like he was never going to get out of...
