this was my first residential, and i don't have many complaints. they are many positives to this place, the schedule is well-made, and the staff are great. specifically, thank to you natalie, shelby, dre, rolanda, val, and michelle. all of them helped me get through a new and scary experience for me with minimal discomfort, and i'm very grateful for that. although there was petty drama (as there always will be among a group of teenage girls), the girls i was put with were mostly some of the kindest people i've met. i will say that i don't know if i agree with some of the placements that were made. people who show disturbing and physically aggressive behavior should not be placed with people who are cooperative and willing to accept treatment. i understand those people need just as much help, but it makes the experience for others much more stressful and this is a supposed to be a...

I have visited Lotus on a few occasions and met several people who work there. I’m just a mother and a grandmother. I got to see first hand the heart of the people who work there. This is more than just work. It’s a passion. I got to meet a few people on the leadership team. Gary has put together a team of people that are dedicated to help families during vulnerable times. My heart goes out to families that struggle. In those times it’s hard to glue back the pieces that fell apart. I pray that more places exist that help people like what I saw.
