I had a wonderful experience with meeting Maya and receiving a tour of Lotus Behavioral Health. The facility was well maintained and the staff were kind. The therapy dogs were wonderful too. It is reassuring to know that this is a place I can send future clients if they are need of a higher level of care. Thanks for taking the time to show me around :)

The care team here is amazing from top to bottom! Sent my daughter here. The techs were compassionate. The psychiatrist was incredibly organized and listened to my child's needs. Therapist Antonella is incredible. She understood my kiddos needs and listened to my child and to my conserns and worked diligently to make movement on my kiddos struggles. Sadly she was only there 3 weeks due to an insurance issue, but I would recommend this place to any parent seeking treatment for their child!

Our daughter spent 10 weeks in inpatient at Lotus. From the first day, her care team was wonderful. The staff were supportive, compassionate and caring. One of her therapists was the best she has ever had. Our family was impressed with the dedication, skill set and kindness of staff at Lotus. It's never easy having a loved be placed in residential treatment, but we felt good, comfortable and supported having her there; knowing the treatment team was dedicated to helping her achieve success.

Our daughter gained multiple skills during her stay and I can honestly say she is doing better than she has in years.

Every single staff we encountered was kind, caring, helpful, compassionate and supportive. Lotus definitely has a dedicated team of professionals.

Lotus provided wrap around treatment and acceptance for my teen when I was not able to help him at home. We are so grateful for the progress he made while he was there. He can be a handful, and they approached his individual needs with care and compassion in a safe environment. By the time my teen was discharged, he truly cared for each and every one of the staff and leaving was bittersweet.

What a wonderful experience! Thank you to the caring people of Lotus for loving our family through a tough time. We were incredibly impressed with all aspects of the Lotus program. It has a wonderful, well-trained staff and provided a warm, supportive, and therapeutically effective environment for our daughter during her stay there. We feel it was the best possible program to meet her needs, and that she benefitted greatly from it. We would strongly recommend Lotus to any parents who have children struggling with the types of problems Lotus specializes in treating.

this was my first residential, and i don't have many complaints. they are many positives to this place, the schedule is well-made, and the staff are great. specifically, thank to you natalie, shelby, dre, rolanda, val, and michelle. all of them helped me get through a new and scary experience for me with minimal discomfort, and i'm very grateful for that. although there was petty drama (as there always will be among a group of teenage girls), the girls i was put with were mostly some of the kindest people i've met. i will say that i don't know if i agree with some of the placements that were made. people who show disturbing and physically aggressive behavior should not be placed with people who are cooperative and willing to accept treatment. i understand those people need just as much help, but it makes the experience for others much more stressful and this is a supposed to be a...

Lotus Behavioral Health is a fantastic program for adolescent mental and substance abuse treatment. In 2021, we started collaboratively working with Michele Guzman, Director of Family Services, for Narcan training and Overdose Prevention Awareness. Our partnership has saved lives, helped numerous people enroll in treatment and mended broken families.
