Skylar at Local Floor Cleaner provided excellent service from beginning to end. He answered the phone on my first call, we set an appointment for the same day, and he was there on time as scheduled. He cleaned the carpet as discussed and was done quickly. He also gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to keep for future use.
