10/10! Our puppies had turned our area rugs into their indoor bathroom and our couch into their playground, and Skylar made everything brand new in no time. He was super responsive, flexible, respectful (asked about shoes indoors), and professional, carefully checking the rug materials before starting. Hope the puppies will stop going on the rugs, but will definitely call Skylar / Local Floor Cleaner the next time we need our upholstery/ rugs cleaned!

I had resigned myself to thinking I'd have to replace the area rugs in my kids' room and in our outdoor area. Both had been through it with babies growing into toddlers, 2 dogs and all of our foot traffic. I didn't think that they could be salvaged. I am SO GLAD that our neighbor mentioned how happy they had been with Skylar. He absolutely saved our rugs. They look brand new, the service was totally affordable, Skylar got back to me right away and we had our rugs picked up and returned more quickly than I had thought possible. I'm happy we've found a way to keep the rugs that we love and that we aren't adding to a landfill. If you're considering using them, DO IT! You won't regret it!

They were fast and professional and the results are better than any other I’ve ever had. My rug and couch look almost brand new after considerable kid stains. Very happy!
