The Local Floor Company did a fantastic job cleaning and resurfacing my tile floors. I hadn’t realized just how much dirt had built up over time—the true color of my tiles is now visible, and they look almost brand new! The grout is spotless, and the entire floor has a refreshed appearance. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated well throughout the process. I feel like I received great value for the service and would highly recommend them.

Skylar arrived promptly and was efficient. It took about two hours to clean 4 bedrooms, two area rugs and our stairs. The carpets look great!!

I wish we took before photos...you'll have to trust me when I tell you Skylar made our West Elm crème color couch like new! We have a grey dog and regular wear and tear. Great customer service (which is near extinct these days) and quality was five star. Don't hesitate to hire this family run business.
