Elizabeth Regis recently represented me i the sale of my house that I've lived in since 1997. Originally I had planned to try to sell my home myself....however after a consultation with Ms Regis she educated me on how complex some real estate transactions can be and that I should hire her . I am glad that i did. Ms Regis used her expertise and savvy to help me get close to 45k over what I was asking, held my hand throughout the entire process explaining terms and fine print I did not understand and sold my house in under thr 60 days i originally had planned. Ive had bad experiences with other realtors so I know first hand what it is to have a good realtor. Liz helped us with finding our home and I have to say she was very patient and helpful. Looking for a house can be very stressful but she made it a great experience for us. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and always answered any questions we had and I had lots of questions. I even contact her every now and then when I have questions regarding my house and she is great at responding and following up. It was a pleasure having her as my realtor and I would absolutely recommend her.
