Sunshine Scholars Academy - Ayden

My 5yo loves it here. The activities they do, the friends she has made, I am so glad I chose to have her go here. I love the ease of their app and the updates through the day while my daughter is there. The staff is so friendly and the care they put in to each child is amazing. It’s a little sad she will leave for kindergarten soon and not have the chance to still go here.

The girls love it here and love their staff. They encourage them in every step and development they make as they grow. If we have any issues the director is always willing to assist us to get it reconciled. We had considered moving them closer to us but they have a bond here that we just don’t want to interrupt l.

Sunshine school is definitely an amazing place to work and attend! I worked at two location and i absolutely love the Ayden location! My children attend Winterville and they have the best learning experiences! Working at two location shows me how all sunshine school are on one accorded! One band one sound

I love sunshine schools, they may not be perfect but they are on purpose! My children have been attending this school for almost 2 years and they are learning, playing and enjoying the sunshine experience! The enrichment program is amazing and I’m on the way to have two fully potty trained twin before they turn 3! I appreciated all the teacher for been amazing in all she do!

My 1yr old just started a couple of months ago. I was sad and worried . However getting pictures made me feel calm. The morning staff are always welcoming and we're gentle with him. As a parent you will always find a flaw in an environment that's not home. My little one has been happy and loving his teachers and friends. That's what matters the most ,that the kids are safe and happy. Sunshine Scholar in Ayden has provided that for us!! ..)Chayce is loving being a little scholar.

Sunshine scholar academy is the best daycare my kids have ever been to. I have 6 children and my youngest attend SSAayden! The staff is amazing, Mrs Breanna is amazing and I receive amazing care! I am proud to say that I am apart of the sunshine school family and I have no plans on leaving! The director work with me and goes above and beyond to be sure that my child is taking care of !

About two months ago I went on a tour at this faculty and I absolutely love the tour with Mrs marketia! However I am a first time mom so I was so nervous about enrolling my child. Everything that Mrs marketia promise me I am getting! From the private message to the picture! Mrs marketia communicates well and always there when I need her! This is definitely an elite daycare and 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend!

I am a teacher for Pitt County Schools and Sunshine Scholars has a van that drops kids off at my school in the mornings. The van driver, Mr. Jakobe, is so kind and extremely patient with each student in the mornings. He helps each student off the van and sends them off with a wonderful start to their morning. We appreciate his positive demeanor every day!

I’m an teacher here at Sunshine Scholars of Ayden. My experience is great at sunshine scholars. I love my children an the staff are fantastic. I definitely enjoy helping the children grow an learn. I also enjoy the daily activities with my kids on an daily base. I love my director Ms Marketia she is an great leader.

I have really enjoyed working for Sunshine Schools. I have learned so much over the past few months and it has helped shape me into a more patient and productive person, not only in the classroom, but outside as well. The environment is so welcoming and supportive towards the families and the staff.

Sunshine scholars Academy ~ Ayden! is the best childcare center to take your child too! I’m a teacher there and I tell you the staff is the best staff so far. They are here for the parent and make sure that every child is taken care of! Their learning and their having fun while doing it! Top notch supervision and I can’t think of a better childcare center than Sunshine schools

I just joined the team as a teacher. But the staff and team we have are such caring and loving people. I also have a child that goes to the daycare and he is always excited to go to school and see friends. The growth my child and I have made together has been a wonderful journey. I don’t regret making the decision to making sunshine’s scholars my place of for work and school for my child. The bond I have with my students and the connection that I’ve grown to have has been special!!!!!

Sunshine schools is great place. As a teacher there, I've never worked at a place that was so welcoming. The director at this center never fails to advocate for her employees or the children in her care.

I do enjoy Sunshine scholars Academy. Your child is number one, so it is wonderful having a school like theirs that makes you feel at home. The staff is great and friendly. All staff are formiliar with every child enrolled at the academy. They have exciting events that occur every month. They show involvement which would make parents want involve themselves as well. They cover
0-12 years old. It's a great place for day care that transitions into pre k that transitions again into a after school care all in one place. Family friendly indeed.

This is a safe and great place to bring your kids.

The staff are super friendly here. They greet me and my lil one with smiles everyday and he enjoys going there.
He's been enrolled here for a year now and I've seen him thrive and grow up so much. They teach the lil ones just like they do the older ones. My 2year old loves it when you read to him now. He even interacts with you and turns the pages. Like I said he's grown up so much and I love how much they have helped him even with him being a little behind in speech. They allow the CDSA to come in and do his speech therapy. They have been helping him potty train as well.

I love this place because they love my baby just as much as I do. They treat all the youngins as if they were there's. Couldn't ask for a better place. Just my opinion but why don't you see for yourself?

My nieces attend Sunshine Scholars Academy in Ayden, and I was invited to Field Day, which I truly enjoyed. My children had a blast with the face painting, snow cones, and sliding down the water slide over and over again. I got to meet so many different families and had a great time with the kids. Even though it was hot, the staff ensured that both the children and parents had a fantastic time.

During the time my children have been attending Sunshine Scholars Academy in Ayden, their mother and I have been navigating a custody transition, including coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs, and splitting payments. I can definitely say the director and staff have been more than accommodating, understanding of our situation, and especially nurturing to my children when they need it most. I can't thank them enough.

I want to express my gratitude to the teachers at Sunshine Scholars Academy for being true team players in supporting my child's behavior, developmental milestones, transitions, and potty training. When my child first started, she was not speaking much, was very shy, and I struggled to transition her from using a bottle. With the help of the wonderful teachers, my child has thrived in her speech, loves to sing, has transitioned to drinking from a regular cup, and has made so many friends in her class. I truly appreciate the Sunshine Scholars Academy village for helping this single mom stay afloat. Thank you so much!

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the teachers at Sunshine Scholars Academy, especially in the Early Pre-K classroom. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and encouraging with potty training. Even though my grandkids were only there for summer camp, they had an amazing time. The director Ms. Horne was always friendly and available whenever needed, and the academy consistently offers parent events that the entire family can enjoy. Wonderful place to work. Flexible with your schedule. I work full time in the summer and part time during the school months. My granddaughter attends the after-school 9program. Enjoys it daily

I LOVE and APPRECIATE Sunshine Scholars Academy for multiple reasons. They have worked with my son and myself closely and are always helpful. Zalena is very proactive and on top of things. I love how she communicates any needs/wants/concerns/etc.. Cayce and Billy are amazing and so helpful with my son. I love dropping him off and being greeted by the staff, the kids also call me by my name, and it makes you feel like you are all one big family. I love picking my son up and seeing him so excited and eager to tell me about his day and what activity or trip they have planned for the following day. I love how clean the facility is. I love how they make you feel welcomed and they want the absolute best for your children.

A great environment and friendly staff. I know that when I drop my daughter off that she is in great hands. They do a great job keeping you informed throughout the day which is a plus.
