We have used Linda Rohmbach for weekly service for several years, and our current housekeeper Katie is just fantastic!! Her work is impeccable and she is a genuine sweetheart. Our whole family -- especially our dog -- has enjoyed getting to know her. In the past we have used single housekeepers vs. an agency, but we really enjoy the office providing a backup in the case of an emergency so that we don't have a break in service. As an aside, these back ups have always commented on what an excellent job Katie does!

The office has always been very responsive when we've needed an extra pre-event cleaning, which I also appreciate.

I have used several cleaning services prior to Rombach and they were all inferior to the service we now receive. Jennifer Rackley has been cleaning our home and is by far the BEST we have ever had! Her attention to the small things is what sets her apart from everyone else. My husband even comments on how great a job she does and he is one picky person :) Jen is fabulous!!

I have used other cleaning services in the past and have ended up very disappointed. What I like about Linda Rombach's Personalized Cleaning is that the owner calls and checks in with the clients from time to time to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The other services that I used didn't check in, didn't answer when I called, and didn't return calls when I left messages. In addition, I have been very happy with the ladies that have come out to our house to clean. They don't rush through the job, they are on time, and if my regular maid is not available another one is sent out to do the job.
