I could not be happier with my experience! My sister and I were looking for someone to clean our apartment for a move-out clean. Linda worked with me to get a clean scheduled around their busy holiday time. Adrienne did an incredible job and I couldn't have been more happy! The apartment looked even better than it did when we moved in. We look forward to scheduling regular cleanings in our new home soon!

I have been using this service since 2019 off & on, I only stopped due to the pandemic. I just recently started back up in early November. Paige did an absolute wonderful job of cleaning my home.
She made it look like a display, I was so proud of it and bragged to my family members on how clean it was. We have used Linda Rohmbach for weekly service for several years, and our current housekeeper Katie is just fantastic!! Her work is impeccable and she is a genuine sweetheart. Our whole family -- especially our dog -- has enjoyed getting to know her. In the past we have used single housekeepers vs. an agency, but we really enjoy the office providing a backup in the case of an emergency so that we don't have a break in service. As an aside, these back ups have always commented on what an excellent job Katie does!

The office has always been very responsive when we've needed an extra pre-event cleaning, which I also appreciate.

I have used several cleaning services prior to Rombach and they were all inferior to the service we now receive. Jennifer Rackley has been cleaning our home and is by far the BEST we have ever had! Her attention to the small things is what sets her apart from everyone else. My husband even comments on how great a job she does and he is one picky person :) Jen is fabulous!!
