Bad weather lead to us having to reschedule, the staff was very responsive and was able to get us in the very next day!

The two women that came out were thorough and got done much faster than I anticipated. They did a great deep clean for us!

I recently used this cleaning service, and overall, they did a great job! The team was professional, efficient, and thorough in most areas. My master bathroom, in particular, was spotless—there was a lot of soap scum in the shower, and they cleaned it really well. I truly appreciate their attention to detail in that space.

However, there were a couple of spots that were missed. I had specifically requested the kitchen blinds to be cleaned when I scheduled the appointment, but they were overlooked. Additionally, the shelving unit in the entryway was still dusty after the cleaning. They were supposed to come back last Friday to take care of these missed items, but unfortunately, they never showed up.

It was my first time using Linda Rombach Cleaning. They did a great job for the most part. There was some miscommunication regarding who would be cleaning that day and I also had a couple cleaners in training. Not a bad experience at all and I appreciate the work they did.

Michael was kind, respectful, and did an excellent job. His thoroughness did eat up a lot of his time and significant items were not done. In the end, I asked him not to touch the kitchen and living room at all, but just to do the floors. He also had no time to wipe down windows, mirrored closet doors or dust furniture.
