On the day I first contacted Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning, I had an estimate, agreed-upon services, and first cleaning scheduled in one friendly phone call. I was able to request my desired date and time without having to choose from limited openings. Rashell did my first cleaning and she was amazing! She was personable and confident, pointed out the special attention she paid to certain areas, and made me feel assured that quality was important to her. As a plus, I was able to request her as my regular cleaner. The company is big enough to accommodate my needs but small enough that I feel like a valued customer.

The process of connecting with a human via phone was important to me. Too many other agencies have lost the personal touch by only having access via emails and want a credit card before I have spoken with a human. The folks I spoke with in the office were always professional and worked with my goofy schedule. It's clear Linda has invested a great deal in meeting customer needs.

The cleaning lady they sent did a fantastic job! I gave 4 stars because the scheduler didn't contact me to scehdule my visit for 5 days after I responded to her email. Also, ai was scheduled to have 2 people doing a deep clean. The 2nd person never showed up, so they sent another person very late into the appointment to help out the 1st lady, but because it was so late, they were unable to complete the deep clean and had to prioritize what areas could get done.

First timer. Cleaner did a nice job but showed up 35 minutes late forcing me to reset my schedule. Had to rush her in order to make my lunch meeting. Not sure I got the full 3 hours.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Sethra made the booking super easy and accommodating, while Chelsea and her team made my home sparkle. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Maddie is mostly pretty thorough, but sometimes I notice things like not getting corners and behind doors clean in bedrooms and bathrooms. Just wiping off things like kleenex boxes.also she didn't clean our big floor mirror in our bdr. Or the front door glass.

My current cleaner is Chelsea and she does a great job. I was a little overwhelmed last time she came when she brought 3 trainees with her. I wasn’t expecting to have 4 cleaning ladies in my house on the same day.

The people who clean do a good job.

The ladies showed up on time. They seemed to be working all the time they were here and finished in a timely fashion. The cleaning was very good and they did everything I asked of them.

Very prompt did a wonderful job deep cleaning my sister’s condo as she is recovering from chemo.
