Absolute amazing place amazing Drs. And Nurses. Dr Beebe and Merritt brought me back to being a normal person. Took the chains off my life. Trust them, they will get you through it. IT'S AMAZING......

Shoshanna Katz, I go to her every month, she has always been nice to she always ask if I am OK or do I need something. I had a problem with paper work and she helped me. I felt much better . The staff is always happy and smile. They all treat you like family. It's nice dr office treats y like that. Thank you too all.

Dr. Merritt is terrific! I came in with a very new problem in the muscles of my neck and left shoulder and with one trigger point injection, I felt it and she saw it....the muscle actually released the tight grip it had on the surrounding nerves. As a new patient, she also addressed couple of long term problems I have with other areas and came up with a treatment plan that not only addressed current issues but may possibly be utilized in the future. She is wonderful and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone with chronic pain issues, be it from prior surgeries or something new.

Mr. Merritt and team are wonderful! I had a car accident 11 years ago that wasn’t my fault and have had chronic pain since. She was recommended by another doctor and I can’t thank her enough. They gave me my life back. I drive an hour to see her and it is worth it. Dr. Merritt was the first person to give me pain free days again. I honestly didn’t think that was going to happen. I cried tears of joy the first day as I honestly didn’t realize how much pain I was still experiencing until it was relieved. Although, I don’t have complete pain relief 100% of the time I’m pretty close and when I do have pain I have strategies to address and manageable. All doctors are not equal. If you are looking for pain management I couldn’t recommend their office more!

The staff is really nice to me, I never had that, Mrs Katz is so nice, she is really patient she takes her time and listens to me and helps me. That you all so much.

Dr BEBE is so compassionate, understanding, detailed, shows concern for my pain issues by taking time with me and answering my questions n asking me questions when needed. I saw other Doctors as well and I must say Lifestream Health has been the best pain management office I have been to. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Sarah Merritt is the most caring knowledgeable pain doctor I have EVER MET. Her staff is very friendly and does their job very well. FINALLY a doctor that ACTUALLY cares about people in pain. Fantastic practice in many ways.

I WENT TO SEE DR.MERRIT IN 2014,I HAD A BACK/NECK ISSUES. I WAS HAVING SEVERE PAIN 24/7 AND DR.MERRIT TOOK OVER AND AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING SHE HAD SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER OPTION.DR MERRIT TALKED TO ME ABOUT A BACK INPLANT LONG STORY SHORT SHE DID THE INPLANT, AND I FELT THE CHANGE WITH IN 24HRS.ALMOST HALF THE PAIN I WAS IN WAS GONE AS LONG AS I HAVE MY UNIT ON. IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. THEN APPROX. 4/5 MONTHS LATER SHE PUT IN ANOTHER INPLANT FOR MY NECK AND AS THE FIRST ONE IT WORKED1/2 THE PAIN I WAS HAVING WAS GONE. I LOVE DR. MERRIT AND I THANK HER FOR GOING TO COLLEGE TO BECOME A DOCTOR, SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR HER ONLY PATIENT.

Lifestream Health Center (LHC) Staff exceed comparison. Front Office is professional, courteous and amiable. Practitioners are impressively read up on most current pathology, practice, and treatment. Dr. Beebe, (pronounced "Bee Bee") was attentive, gently asking meaningful questions. A highly professional and thorough examination was rendered in a state-of-the-art setting.

Truly amazing: Pharmacy failed to sync/recognize the scripts running me around Wednesday. Multiple attempts Thursday proved useless. Situation had me down. Until, a Friday call, "Your scripts will be waiting for you this evening". My LHC Doctor surpassed standards and resolved things personally.

Dedication and empathy were copiously demonstrated. Likewise the glowing reviews are well-deserved.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Merritt for a while now. My first impression was very positive and even months later. I fully understand why her colleagues refer to her as one of the “best doctors” you could ever have. What I most love about her is that she listens to the concerns of her patients. She discusses options for the best approach in alleviating the pain and lays out a plan. There was an occasion when the pain began to elevate, and my appointment was 3+ weeks out. Her office called to see if I might be interested in an appointment the very next day. This was truly a Blessing to go in, have the procedure done and to be able to experience life as it should be “pain free.” Thank you, Dr. Merritt, and staff for the excellent medical service.
