I have been using life RX – MD since November. I have only had great interactions with the nurses and support staff. In particular today, I had to speak with someone due to surgery and I spoke with Julie. She was wonderful help negotiate where I should start again and was very supportive of me talking about some of my Concerns from my procedure. She was lovely and I feel much better starting back

I started my weight-loss journey with LifeRX along with the extra special care from Brian W. and most recently Gabriel a year and a half ago. I unfortunately had a bad taste in my mouth dealing with my prescription insurance so I was ready for issues. Boy was I wrong. The care given by Gabriel and by some of the other customer reps was amazing. He was very helpful, very patient, and refilled my prescription in a very short time. I highly recommend using Liferx for your weight-loss journey. Dont forget to ask for Gabriel when you call!!!

I found the providers at Liferx are so very helpful and truly want you to be successful. When I call the escalation team, whoever answers are patient and respectful and more than eager to help. Sabin was terrific. Took care of me in no time and answered my questions.

This company is awesome!!! I’ve been on tirzepatide for about 2 years now and have used different places, this one is by far the best. I am able to call them at anytime with any questions I have and someone actually answers the phone and gives me an answer. I’m excited to add sermorelin to my routine. Shipping was really fast! Just spoke with Cam And received so much complete information I know exactly who to call when to call. I know all my dosages when it’s coming how it’s coming everything about it I have never received such complete thorough customer service, and all my days.! And it is hard to get good customer service with AI answering most phone calls and everything that it’s a breath of fresh air to finally get somebody, and it’s everybody you talk to you not just somebody, that really goes above and Recommend you highly to anybody!!!

Ashley assisted me when I had an issue while traveling out of the country. I started Zepbound from Lilly through my physician. I switched to Life MD because the cost was less and you have providers who can answer questions at any time. Everyone that I have spoken with has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This was a great decision to have such great guidance in loosing weight.

I been with life RX for almost 2 years. My experience with them being very satisfied my weight loss been slow because I had surgery and I had to stop at one point for two or three weeks but overall I lost a lot of weight. I’m still losing inches. I started at 277 right now. I’m at 200. And I’m very satisfied. Also, if you have any questions, they have the customer service. You could always text them and they will respond to you as soon as possible or you could always call him and that will be very helpful and never answer all your questions since the moment I started never had a problem with them Medication always on time ❤️
