Excellent customer service! Anytime I need help, there’s always a rep to help. From the beginning, I have been supported through my weight loss journey. I had been going to another clinic for weight loss having no luck. This program is life changing! My appetite has drastically diminished. I’m not craving the sweets like I was prior. I am a new patient of Life Med Rx and I am so Happy for changing. I was a previous customer of Calibrate. Calibrate could not help me with medication after my year was up so I searched for an alternative company that was more customer/patients health responsive! So far I’ve had nothing but positive experience. Online Dr appt, and I can text a Life Med RX assistant and the response is immediate and can advise with help as needed!!
