I found myself surprisingly amazed at how professional my experience was/is with LifeRX. First, I worked with a gentleman named Jose. He collected all of my blood work and stayed in direct contact with me via texts. He seemed to be ALWAYS available! Second, I spoke with a P.A. who went over my blood work and asked me many medical questions on a Zoom call, face to face. Third, I was put in connection with a lady from the pharmacy. My conversation with the lady was one of the best customer service contacts I've ever had and I am retired so I have a great deal of experience. I can't stress enough how her care of me and my experience was exceptional. Her instructions were clear and concise of how to administered the medication. She was an absolute gem! I've been on the Segamitiide for about 9 months and I've lost around 120 lbs and do I feel alot more healthier than I was.
