After I posted my initial concerns about the medication quantity, Sammy from LifeRX reached out to me very quickly. He took the time to explain what may have happened and did everything he could to make it right.

His response was professional, prompt, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. That kind of service is rare and very appreciated.

This was my third time ordering from LifeRX, and while I had some initial concerns, I now feel confident in continuing to do business with them. Fast shipping, reliable service, and excellent follow-up—thank you for standing behind your product and putting the customer first.

This is the best company that uses the best pharmacy! I have lost 65 pounds within 6 months… easy, reliable, excellent costumer service… there are side effects of feeling very full and it takes the body months to get used to to but this is because it is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do….There is not a better company or pharmacy or Quality that compares! Sometimes the greatest compliment is to say I have no complaints. While I’ll always want a better price and lower costs, they are competitively priced. The consultations and support have been great. Today a need arose for me to have to call LifeRX. The gentleman who helped me, Cesar, was absolutely stellar! He was patient, listened to my concerns and my questions, and handled everything very professionally I felt cared for, which is so important when you’re on a weight loss journey like I am. Five star review!

I had an issue with a delivery so I called and Julie, the customer service rep, was most helpful. She didn’t immediately have an answer but told me she would get back to me with a half hour. She returns my call in about 10 minutes with the issue fully resolved. Fantastic service
