I will update my review because the owner reached out to try to remedy the situation and restore trust. As a business owner myself I understand that I can't hold every employee's hand. I appreciate the effort and while this may not be the best option for us right now, we would consider in the future if we can work with a different broker who is transparent in his dealings.

Others may have a better experience but my broker kept promising to have something in a few minutes and then would not check back in. When I followed up he said, oh it takes 3-5 days to get a list which actually contradicted his previous message. They just didn't have my trust after that.
