I will update my review because the owner reached out to try to remedy the situation and restore trust. As a business owner myself I understand that I can't hold every employee's hand. I appreciate the effort and while this may not be the best option for us right now, we would consider in the future if we can work with a different broker who is transparent in his dealings.

Others may have a better experience but my broker kept promising to have something in a few minutes and then would not check back in. When I followed up he said, oh it takes 3-5 days to get a list which actually contradicted his previous message. They just didn't have my trust after that.

Working with Ty was an absolute pleasure. Ty was honest and kept me informed through the entire process while working with me hand in hand to reach my goals. I will definitely be working with him again.
