I had a great experience with the Law Office of Roger Fincher. While my initial thought was not to get an attorney, I went ahead and reached out to a few. Rogers law office was quick to reach out, and I actually talked to Roger himself about my case. I told him my concerns and reasons for wanting a lawyer, and he didn’t hesitate in telling me I was making a good decision and that he was going to get me taken care of. Although the process was long, as any work comp case is because of dealing with the opposing council, the communication was thorough, and even when I was impatient about things and felt like I was reaching out too much, they always did what they could to get the answer I was looking for. Great Lawyer

My husband used Mr. Finchers services when he had a back injury at work. Throughout this process, I communicated with the office staff occasionally and there was never an instance when the ladies there were not extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist. They did an excellent job with keeping in contact, and responding promptly to any questions we had. Mr. Fincher was always reliable and easy to communicate with, staying in contact and texting my husband regarding the case. He did not press him to do a bunch of stuff that he didnt want to do, and still had an awesome outcome. I know if there is ever a need for services again, my husband and I will certainly be back and recommend this office to EVERYONE!

I had a back injury at work and I was unable to get out of bed for a number of days without a significant amount of pain. On top of that I had a workmans compensation representative (Rita Fowler) who was extremely rude and actually started yelling at me over the phone. The stress was beyond anything I have experienced in a long amount of time. I had trouble getting the workmans compensation representative to schedule me an in person visit with a doctor. They had me use zoom to have a virtual visit and those doctors were nice, but they couldn't actually examine me to treat me properly.

As soon as I contacted Roger Fincher's office they put an end to the harassment from Rita Fowler and made sure I was able to see an in person Doctor. The Doctor was then able to properly care for my injury, I was able to get physical therapy and medications which decreased my pain...

Took a butt chewing as my mom and grandma would say before this turkey called me. He really is a good guy, just hard to get hold of when needed.

Roger is a really good workmans comp attorney. He is well respected by his peers and the judges that preside over comp cases because he is a no BS kind of guy who really knows the law.

It is unfortunate that Kansas workmans compensation is the worst in the US but Roger will do his absolute best to help you through the process and get the best return possible. The key is to not wait, contact him as soon as you are well enough to talk on the phone. The workmans comp process takes a long time so best get to it asap.
