I got caught in an unfortunate situation while bringing my LEGAL firearm in my home state (Florida) to Massachusetts, and got the book thrown at me for possession related charges.

Originally I was facing 4 felonies and 3 misdemeanors from the situation

After some time Mr.peterson got the DA’s office to drop 2/4 felonies and reduce 1 felony to a misdemeanor before we even got to the pre-trial negotiations

So I was then facing 1 felony, and 3 misdemeanors, after some more time he got the DA to accept a plea for me to get 1 year of probation and the final felony thrown out.

So all and all 4/4 felonies got dropped and I got a CWOF so once I complete my year of probation I will have nothing on my record at all.
