I found myself in an unfortunate situation and needing legal representation. Having never been in trouble before, the legal/court process was all new to me and I was unsure where to begin. After taking the time on a Saturday morning to have a consultation with me, I hired Mr. Peterson to represent me for a clerk magistrate hearing and whatever followed. On a December night in 2022, I was awoken by a P.A. system directing me to come out with my hands up. I stepped a beam from high intensity spotlight partially obscuring approximately 30 heavily armed police officers. There were two armored cars on the front lawn. Reasonably priced. His admin was helpful and responsive.
I had a small claims suit levied against me. Although the outcome is not exactly what i hoped for, i still felt guided by his experience and knowledge base. He spoke to his reasoning despite my skepticism due to the costs to "fight" on etc.
