For the past 2-3 years I’ve had a loss in the family. Credit cards were maxed out bills were stacked. Laurie was wonderful, she assisted me in removing many negative items removed and updating our scores every cycle. In less a year my credit score went from low 400 back up to high 650. Highly recommend! 3 years after I had a car accident an ambulance bill for $1700 showed up in my mailbox for a charge that I was sure was paid out of the settlement from the accident. I called the credit service but no one would answer my voicemails or emails and then it landed on my credit report. After that small amounts marked "unknown medical" of $25 started to appear on my credit report. I did not want to deal with this in the middle of a refinance and new job so called Laurie on a recommendation. She is fantastic. Easy to work with. She got ALL THE CHARGES REMOVED at no extra cost.
