They were awesome from the first phone call. They called to let me know they were on their way. They came when they said they would. They were very honest and upfront about what it would take to clean the pet stains off of my furniture. The PURT treatment for urine was worth every penny. There is no urine smell in my sofa. I had a new pet stain issue the next day, and they were able to come back that day to take care of it. I will absolutely use them again.
