The technician Zack showed up within the window stated in the appointment. He explained all the services they offered and quoted a price before he started work. He completed the work efficiently and the carpets looked great.

Carpets are good as new and house smells clean! Technician was professional and nice.

Our experience was awesome. Super friendly and chipper for 8 a.m. and so polite and answered all of our questions. The carpets turned out great and we were so happy about the price. Very highly recommended.

After a mix up on phone numbers, Dave and Keaton came and did a great job. They explained everything they did and the carpet was clean and dry that evening. They gave some minor first aid to my housekeeper who got a small cut, when I wasn’t there. Since we hadn’t moved in yet, they used their bandaids, antiseptic, and kindness. Great service.

We've used S.S. carpet cleaners in the past and are never thilled with the final product. Larsons ChemDry did an AMAZING job....getting out stains that S.S. told us were impossible to remove. Not only was the finished product amazing but Jared the tech was helpful, informative and ON TIME...in fact he came early.
