My father lives in a rural area with very few skilled contractors. Art Kuntzman and Landmark were nice enought to travel to provide help for my fathers home that had some roofing issues and some areas in the ceiling that needed attention. Every tradesman that Art sent was on time, very professional and did quality work. Their estimate for repairs was very reasonable as well. They did everything they said they would do, in the time line that was agreed upon and at the price that was initially quoted. We couldnt ask for better service from a contractor. If you have any water damage mitigation needs or general contracting needs, I highly recommend Landmark Construction and Emergency Services. They do business like it should be done!
