I'm not sure where to begin but I will say Landmark helped to put our life back together. Due to a fire on July 23 our home was completely damaged and had to be rebuilt from the roof to the studs. When I tell you Lankmark didn't cut any corners with us, they didn't. They started when they said they would and stayed on schedule according to the time estimated which was 7 to 8 months. They actually finished earlier than estimated.The construction manager assigned to us was Rusty and he was outstanding. The project manager Randy was awesome as well. Randy always responded to my calls and answered all my questions. Randy helped facilitate any and all the changes I requested. Randy help guide me in making selections for the flooring, paint, finishes, and so much more.

We had some mold remediation that needed to be done at our house, and Landmark Construction has been wonderful to work with! Randy and Hunter could not have been more professional and thorough. They were easy to work with and always very courteous. We knew exactly what was going to happen when - no surprises. The reconstruction phase is up next, but so far I definitely recommend Landmark Construction to anyone else who might have similar needs!

Recently, when we had a roof leak that caused damage that needed mitigation and repair we contacted Landmark. I was thoroughly impressed with the crews they sent out. Jeremy Martin and the mitigation crew quickly cleaned up the damage, provided protective covering to minimize additional dust and insulation contamination and quickly prepared the affected area for repairs.

Subsequently, the repair crews coordinated by Freddie Bargiacchi, restored ceiling damage, replaced decorative moulding and repainted the affected ceiling and walls in a very reasonable time. In addition all crews involved were on time, polite, went about their business without intrusion and kept the work sites absolutely clean. Bottom line, I was impressed with Landmark in every way and have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to others.

In July of 2024 my ceiling collapsed & mold was everywhere. This was caused by my ac & the repairman handed me a business card for Delbert with Landmark Construction & said they were the mold experts in Memphis. I called that morning & by 1pm that day, 5 men spent the afternoon cleaning up that room & setting up machines. I had a wonderful mold project manager that checked the machines often.

The next phase introduced me to Freddie Bargiacchi, my incredible project manager that was there from the start of the repairs until the end. Their incredible team packed all of my house where work was being done & placed them in a pod. The packing ladies, the movers & their supervisors were amazing.

The finished product is incredible & I am still amazed with the work & beautifully repaired hardwood floors!

Big shout out to the crew from Landmark that spared a few moments for me this morning in a Lowe's parking lot cutting a 2" X 8" down so it'd fit in my car after Lowe's said they couldn't do it.

Landmark Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. From Adam, who came to estimate the job, to Dan the wallboard and construction man, to the plumber to the flooring person, Mike; every individual was clear, straightforward and helpful in every way.
We had called on three differnt plumbers who were unable (or unwilling) to find the source of our problem but once we called Landmark, our two year search for help was over. I am ever thankful to the good professionals at Landmark.

We had a burst pipe behind our kitchen sink/cabinets that ended up causing massive mold and water damage. The water also sat long enough that it damaged our hardwood floors in the adjacent living room. Landmark went above and beyond to get out home repaired in an extremely quick and professional manner. Between the kitchen and living room, this ended up being a large job. There communication through the whole process was excellent. They answered all my questions along the way and would always get back to me promptly. You hear horror stories about contractors these days, but Landmark Contruction was the total opposite. My father lives in a rural area with very few skilled contractors. Art Kuntzman and Landmark were nice enought to travel to provide help for my fathers home that had some roofing issues and some areas in the ceiling that needed attention. Every tradesman that Art sent was on time, very professional and did quality work. Their estimate for repairs was very reasonable as well. They did everything they said they would do, in the time line that was agreed upon and at the price that was initially quoted. We couldnt ask for better service from a contractor. I cannot say enough great things about Delbert Palmer and landmark construction. I had an area around my main window of my house with leaking water and has been slowly causing issues with my hard wood flooring. It has been an ongoing issue for last 3 years I have had several different professionals that came out and tried to help me figure out where the leak was coming from. I’ve had window professionals other contractors. I’ve had roofers, but the issue still was ongoing and never could figure out where the problem was. Today my slow water leaking issue has been fixed.
