Delbert Palmer was great. He explained everything that needed to be accomplished in my home in clear detail. He was patient to answer my many questions and was always available if I needed to call for any reason. He did a good job of directing his crew. The crew did a great job of following Delbert’s instructions and cooperated with each other very well. They were always patient and cordial with me as I frequently poked my nose in on them and asked them many questions as well. They were all very knowledgeable about their work. I think Jonathan was the crew lead who was great to give me progress reports. I think there were two Brandon’s on the crew and likewise very diligent about the job. I saw no wasted time or effort. The cleanup of my moldy bathroom while protecting the rest of my home was very satisfactory due to the great work of this team. And all this was at the height on the Coronavirus outbreak. The guys were good to wear PPE (esp masks) around me and my wife in our home. Thank you all!
