I loved Landmark Construction and Emergency Services because in the midst of a pandemic they were able to replace the ceiling that collapsed in the bedroom at my home. I met Matt on the day that it happened. He came out and looked at the damages and took pictures. Matt sent the pictures to my insurance company and spoke with the insurance adjuster. Matt sent some great people to work on my house. Philippe did a great job of cleaning up the sheet rock and insulation, replacing the ceiling and insulation, as well as painting after everything was back in place. Philippe and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. James Peeler was the electrician that came to properly install the brace and box for a new ceiling fan. Delbert Palmer was great. He explained everything that needed to be accomplished in my home in clear detail. He was patient to answer my many questions and was always available if I needed to call for any reason. He did a good job of directing his crew. The crew did a great job of following Delbert’s instructions and cooperated with each other very well. They were always patient and cordial with me as I frequently poked my nose in on them and asked them many questions as well. They were all very knowledgeable about their work. I think Jonathan was the crew lead who was great to give me progress reports. I think there were two Brandon’s on the crew and likewise very diligent about the job. I saw no wasted time or effort. Our home was struck by lighting in July 2018 and was totally destroyed...... It’s never fun to have an emergency, but even in these events you can meet the BEST people that are there to help. These GREAT people are the Landmark construction team. Our house got flooded with a faulty valve from our dishwasher and the Water Team came running in to help. They were very knowledgeable and were on top of the issues. They answered any and all questions I had, no matter how “dumb” it might have sounded. They checked on us daily until everything was dried up. Now it’s the insurance team’s turn. We had an exceptional experience with Landmark Construction. We had roof damamge from two storms on the house and garage. We also had water damage caused from a leak in the roof where it had been damaged. There was damage to the ceiling in the bathroom below the water damage in the attic. Each person we dealt with at Landmark was professional, courteous and kind as well as quick responses on any questions we had I had many questions at the first meeting with the thoughts that we may use someone else. By the time we ended, we felt confident in putting our trust in Landmark and it paid off. They went beyond what was required in the contract and worked with our insurance agent and noted other things that needed to be repaired.
