I would recommend Landmark Construction to ANYONE who might find themselves needing water removal in the Bellingham area. They are so prompt and friendly even though I was a blubbering mess just looking at what had happened to my home!! I shouldn’t have been so worried because you can’t even tell anything happened. They truly saved my home!!

I needed mold remediation in Memphis after finding it in my home. I could tell the team at Landmark Construction really did care about doing a good job for me and my family. They never cut corners or tried to haggle us. They did a great job.

I needed water damage restoration in Memphis after an unexpected leak that flooded my entire downstairs. I actually called them in the middle of the night and they were there faster than I would have thought and they got right to work. They really saved me from further damages by being there so quickly. We wanted a new kitchen but thought we could never afford it but Landmark was suggested by my cousin so we got a estimate and I knew we couldn’t afford more and they stayed under our budget they are amazing

One of my tenets started a small kitchen fire by accident but decided not to let us know until they moved out. At a friend’s recommendation, I called Landmark Construction to come out and assess the extent of the damage. I was impressed on how professional everyone was and very thankful for their help when it came to making an insurance claim. Helped make a bad situation better by repairing the fire damage and thankfully getting rid of the smoke smell.

My partner has a severe mold allergy and it was triggered shortly after moving into our new home. After reading their reviews I decided to call Landmark to come out to inspect for mold-
turns out, the walls in the guest bathroom were FULL of it. After hearing about how severe my partner’s allergy was, they took great pains to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to remove all the mold and keep us updated on the progress. Angela and the crew are a great example of what it's like to work with compassionate professionals and we are forever thankful for their help.

I initially reached out to Landmark Construction for a bathroom remodeling job last year that they did a fantastic job with so when we had to repair some water damage in our kitchen, I didn’t hesitate to give them a call. Due to the efficiency and hard work of their team, the damage was repaired in no time while somehow still staying on budget. Thank you guys!

During the Memphis Tn Winter Storm EastHill Baptist Church in Bartlett was flooded. Ankle deep water covered 15,000 sq ft of building . Within 1 hour of calling LandMark Emergency Construction owner Art was on site conducting a visual of the damages. He then sent his water extraction unit to Church. Site Supervisor Del, a very knowledgeable and competent Extractor had his team remove all water, carpet , damaged sheet rock , debris clean up and completely dried out the building with industrial fans & humidifiers in 8 days. Del was considerate of our local church and remained on site managing every detail of the project with professionalism & courtesy . He maintained non stop Recovery until every aspect of our flood extraction was finished. Our Church applauds Del & Landmark Construction for their services. They cared. They helped. They produced....

It was the worst snow storm we have had in years. Our business was showing high humidity in and we were afraid we had a broken pipe. We could not get out due to the snow. They sent someone within minutes of my call. They checked the space and found no damage, just a bad sensor on our thermostat. They are the best even when the weather is the worst.

The guys at Landmark Construction were fabulous! We had a little mold from storm damage and it looks like new now. I was able to easily schedule the inspection and then a couple days later they came out to make the repairs. The crew was nice and courteous and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Called Landmark emergency Services and they were here in 15 minutes. Our home was flooded and five rooms were soaked. They got the water down and had placed furniture pads to raise the furniture up and out of the water. They placed blowers and dehumidifiers everywhere! Dilbert Palmer is the go to man. I thank every one on his team. Two days before Christmas we are dry. Still have painting and flooring and Sheetrock repair. I have complete confidence in this team to take care of us. Landmark construction did a great job coming out immediately to help us with our business. A deer ran through our window and they were there immediately to clean and help us!

We had a water leak that flooded our house. Not having any experience, I called another company to clean it up. I discovered right away that they didn’t know what they were doing. Landmark construction was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Matt promptly came out and took over. They explained what needed to be done and that they do it all - from painting (shout out to David) to plumbing and electrical. They worked flawlessly with Cooper Moving, Interior Motives and Midsouth Floors (who did a great job on our beautiful new wood floors). Everything was done to perfection! Jett, the project manager was available to answer any questions I had and came by regularly to inspect the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They made a terrible situation so much easier. Great service. Right on appointment time. Very cordial, took time to walk around the house to fully understand the situation. Did thorough inspection. Discuss all the information, advised and suggested options, possible cost for remediation if necessary. Very pleasant and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Landmark did a great job on our bathroom ceiling and fan installation. They were quick and did the job thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results and will use them again for our next project. Delbert was extremely responsive and the customer service we received from him was stellar.
