If you are having issues with air quality or allergies indoors I highly recommend getting a mold inspection. Landmark does great thorough work and they even did the mold remediation for me afterwards. So happy to have worked with them.

When I discovered the water leak at our rental house, next door to our residence, I called Service Master. The ad said same day response, Landmark was here in 35- 45 minutes, immediately started doing the things necessary to begin the drying process. Removing baseboards where the floors were wet, pad from under the wet carpet, putting holes in the walls to treat for mold, setting up dehumidifier and fans to aid the drying process, it took a couple of days but worked really well, very satisfied with that phase.

Delbert and Brandon were the first to arrive to assess the situation. They were professional and friendly and very assuring. The crew, also very nice, Taylor and Jonathan showed up a short time later to start the clean up. They were neat and there was no mess left behind. They worked around my schedule and were on time and had all the supplies they needed. Very very efficient.

Needed some of vents changed. Its was easy to get estimate, schedule time for the service and x vents changed in timely manner.

I was afraid it may take a while to find reliable water damage restoration near me when I was faced with a leak, especially since it was after business hours, but Landmark actually answers the phone 24 hours a day and they were even super friendly. I needed to find water damage cleanup near me, and fast, when my kitchen sink clogged and flooded my kitchen to a point where I needed help. I have hardwood floors that I really didn’t want to have to replace. Landmark got to my house very fast and started the cleanup process. Thankfully the flooding was not severe and they were able to save my floors. I’m not sure another company could have done a better job!

Black mold is probably one of my greatest fears so I was not happy to find it growing in the crevices of my bathroom. Landmark does mold removal in Memphis, TN and they do it right the first time! They understood how serious mold can be so they were really meticulous about ensuring that it was taken care of before leaving. Check your homes for black mold, y’all! Against my better judgement I let my teenager put a frozen pizza in the oven then left him unattended. Next thing I knew my entire oven was engulfed in flames and my kitchen didn’t fare very well either... I turned to Landmark in Memphis, TN for fire damage restoration and they really did restore my kitchen. It almost looks better than it did before. My son will not be making any pizzas anytime soon, though.
