Landmark Construction & Emergency Services

Exceeded my expectations in the level of meeting our needs even odd and very specific requests with our water problem. I appreciate how quickly they did high quality work and how well they coordinated with each other so it was less effort on me. I appreciate mostly the level of communition as I was well informed every step of the way which gave me peace of mind and could plan my day.

The unit above our condo had a significant water leak and Landmark’s water damage specialists came out immediately, listened to our concerns, assessed the condition of the property and remediated on the spot. They were through, knowledgeable, professional and fair. We highly recommend them!

I came home to a busted pipe in my basement and Jacob arrived that night with his team to extract the water and dry the walls and furniture to minimize the damage as much as possible. He was very professional and great at communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company!

Landmark to the rescue once again!! One of the most courteous, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeable companies I've ever worked with. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services three times in a year, and each time I'm amazed at how efficient they are. The most recent issue was flooding in my house. I called and someone was here in a timely manner- they quickly went to work and finished within a few days. I highly recommend Landmark if you ever need help.

Delbert Palmer and his crew from Landmark Construction Company gave superior service and they were extremely helpful through a traumatic experience. Delbert was knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed explanation of the services that were being rendered. He went over and beyond the call of duty. While extracting the water from my flooded bathroom, he also assisted me with turning my water back on, changed the lightbulb in the flooded bathroom, and fixed the storm door. I highly recommend Landmark Construction Company for their prompt response, their effective and efficient service, and professionalism. The personal touch offered really helped me through a very difficult time.

Landmark answered my call on the first ring when a friend needed help with a tree on their house! These guys know what they’re doing! Thanks Michael!

Landmark was on the job 30 minutes after I called. Response unbelievably quick. Since I was out of town communication was prompt along with furnishing pictures of issue and damage. Assessed the issue with us and after giving approval via text they had additional crew coming and within just a few how equipment was in place. Every step of the process was communicated to for decisions.

I have enjoyed my experience with Landmark, thus far, as they've never given me an unrealistic commitment/expectation.

What appealed to me, about Landmark, was the range of services they offer. I have the option of working with one company rather than four companies.

When our house flooded, we called Landmark. It was late on a Friday night and they were there within a hour ready to work. Landmark took care of everything from the cleanup to the repairs. Delbert and his team are awesome! I would definitely recommend using Landmark Construction and Emergency Services!
