We are wrapping up a fire and smoke restoration and have been very pleased with all of Landmarks’ services and contractors they have sent. Everyone has been friendly, quick, and efficient. They coordinated everything and we had to do very little. They did all the worrying for us. I would/will recommend them anyone who needs their services.

We had 4800 gallons gush into our basement after the recent storms. Landmark came out quickly and assessed the situation and was able to pump out all of the water and treat the affected area. Every single person we came in contact with from Landmark were unbelievably helpful and understanding to our situation. I thank them so much for the days of work they put in to get our home back to normal!

We could not be more pleased with Landmark Construction and Emergency Services. We were facing damages from a large water tank leak and the repair job they provided, from ceiling repair, painting, and carpet cleaning, was remarkable! They are a team of true professionals that get the job done right. We would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring this type of home repair.

Our entire main floor flooded due to an old washing machine. Within about an hour after our call to our home insurance carrier Landmark construction should up with a truck and a team to save our home. So courteous and wow fast as lightning they tackled the water issue ripped up dead flooring tossed it I don’t even know where. Cleaned it all up furniture on blocks rugs washed and dried as well as sucking all the water out the removed baseboards drilled hole to dry Sheetrock. Lots and lots or fans and dehumidifiers everywhere, noisy but successful! No permanent damage. Highly recommend. If you ever have a water issue they certainly know what they are doing. They are on point!

Landmark Emergency services is just that, They come ready to work in your emergency situation! Water everywhere in my house after the last storm, but guys showed up at 8pm ready to work & didn’t stop till water was removed at 11:15 that night. They came back the next morning w/ fans & dehumidifiers.
Jacob Roberts was main guy, he came everyday for 4 days to check progress. He always had helpers. Jacob was very polite, friendly & sympathetic cause he knew I was upset. He assured me everything was going to be fine. I sat back & let these guys do their job. He was right.
It’s all replaceable but friendly faces & attitudes in the time of disasters sure help one see the bright side a little easier!

The team called ahead of time for the service and the showed as scheduled. They were promo courteous and very professional making sure the areas were prep to avoid damage and dirtying. Excellent supervisor making sure things were done correctly. Was a very pleasant experience will recommend them.

I had an issue that I was unsure of the cause. Landmark Construction and Emergency Services identified the issue for me with efficiency and promptness. They were very clean by blocking off the area that was being worked on. This kept the mess contained and from getting into the rest of the house. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I recieved.

Despite the inconvenience of having to stop and put your life on hold to deal with unforeseen occurrences, this group was top-notch in my book. They were very courteous when calling to schedule appointments and actually punctual for each visit. That says a lot in itself these days. After having water soaked floors in two rooms, these guys went straight to work. They moved furniture and did everything they could to make the experience less painful. They moved everything with caution and were very respectful of my belongings. The guys were actually a delight to have in my home. They were well mannered and hard working.
