An Exceptional Experience at BC Hospital!!
This is hands down the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Traveling to another country for medical care can be nerve-wracking, especially with a language barrier, but the moment I stepped into BC Hospital, I felt completely at ease.
The facility is incredibly clean, modern, and welcoming. From the start, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. The nurses were so kind, attentive, and compassionate, their bedside manner is truly top-tier.
I want to give a special thank you to Luis, my amazing support assistant. He greeted my husband and me as soon as we arrived, made sure we were settled in, and continued to check on us throughout the day. His professionalism and kindness meant so much. When the shift changed, Benito took over with the same level of warmth and attention.
Luis and Benito were also fantastic in helping us with the language barrier, ensuring we understood everything and felt comfortable during the entire process.
Although my surgeons and coordinator are from Sirene Surgical, and I’ll share a separate review for them, I do want to briefly mention how grateful I am to them for working alongside BC Hospital to make this journey possible.
Overall, BC Hospital sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to patient care. I will definitely be returning in a few months to complete the next phase of my treatment. Thank you to everyone at BC Hospital for making this such a smooth, positive, and unforgettable experience.
