Just stay here at hospital BC was pleasant everyone here was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay here. Everyone took TLC with me and I really appreciate it Beto and stayed with me while I did my walks and he always came to my room and checked on me he's a very nice gentleman.

Hospital BC is an excellent place to go for your gastric sleeve, every one there treats like royal. I highly suggest this facility for any of your procedures. Ask for Beto if you visit, he is a very nice guy. Look no further than Hospital BC in just 30 minutes from San Diego Airport California.

I had a good experience with all the team. Everybody was great and friendly, started with the driver Sel and the translator Beto. They were very polite and makes me feel comfortable. Even the doctor was kind and professional at the same time.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding service at Hospital BC. From start to finish, I was treated like family every step of the way. From the airport pickup to check-in, through surgery and post-op care, everything was handled with such professionalism and compassion.. Truly five-star service. I especially want to thank Beto and Luis, and the rest of the incredible staff for taking such great care of both me and my companion. I would absolutely recommend Hospital BC to anyone in my family without hesitation.

I am leaving now after receiving a gastric sleeve from Dr. Illan. My experience here has been absolutely amazing. The care has been unmatched. Everyone has been amazing and so helpful and compassionate every step of the way. You feel like you are part of the family here at Hospital BC. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me to ensure a better future for myself. I cannot wait to return to my skin removal in the next 1-2 years!

The best decision I ever made!
From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The entire staff went above and beyond — Henry (Patient Coodinator), Salvador (aka Sal), Ariadna, Luis (you’re amazing), Beto, Ariel, Julio, and many more treated me like royalty. They made both my pre-op and post-op feel like I was being pampered at a spa, surrounded by family. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Everything has been 5 star since our arrival since pickup at the airport,reception,preop,postop,Mr. beto and additional helpers all the staff friendly and helpful.

From the moment you make that first call everyone makes you feel confident of your decision. Henry the coordinator is awesome answering any questions before during and after the procedure. This is hands down the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Traveling to another country for medical care can be nerve-wracking, especially with a language barrier, but the moment I stepped into BC Hospital, I felt completely at ease.

The facility is incredibly clean, modern, and welcoming. From the start, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. The nurses were so kind, attentive, and compassionate, their bedside manner is truly top-tier.

I want to give a special thank you to Luis, my amazing support assistant. He greeted my husband and me as soon as we arrived, made sure we were settled in, and continued to check on us throughout the day. His professionalism and kindness meant so much. When the shift changed, Benito took over with the same level of warmth and attention.

The staff was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better team! So attentive always making sure we were alright and taken care of from start to finish, I was super nervous at first but their awesome care made me feel at ease. Always made me feel heard and comfortable. Special shout out to Beto, Luis, and nurse Flor for being so caring of my mom and I during our stay here and going above and beyond. I was really sceptical because I read the one bad review first. I read a lot of reviews and most were from people with bypasses. I did a tummy tuck, lipo and BLL fat transfer.

One, the care there was probably better care than I could have gotten here in Southern Cali. Staff was patient with me, came in the the room very quickly after I pressed the button, and super professional.
Two, the food was really good for hospital food. It was all made with love.
Three, I'm super pleased with the botox and salmon sperm facial too. It was so relaxing being in that environment.

Dra. Alvarez was very kind too. She made me feel as if I'd known her for years.

Hospital BC is absolutely fantastic! From the moment Hector picked us up from the airport and got us to the hotel, it has been amazing! The hospital staff greeted us and got all labs, pre op testing done in such a timely fashion. I was in surgery within a few hours of arriving. The anesthesiologist talked to me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Illan came in and made me feel comfortable before surgery. All the nurses here are incredible! Some speak more English than others. Luis and Beto are AMAZING! They are your hospital liaisons and get you everything you need. So so thankful for this wonderful experience! My recovery has been amazing! This was by far the BEST decision ever to come here and have this sleeve done!
