I learned about Hospital BC from two friends who had their WLS procedures done here. Both are nurses in the States, so I particularly trusted their insights. Communication was smooth; I got to meet with everyone who has been directly involved in my care. My questions were answered directly and efficiently, and the Facebook community was essential for getting really comfortable with my decision.
The care has been stellar. The facility is clean; it reminds me of a small, private , boutique-style clinic at home. One year ago, I never thought I’d get WLS, but I made the right decision when I chose to do it at Hospital BC.
