Hands down best hospital experience I've ever had. Staff and Docs are top notch and once you enter the doors you're instantly family. They walk you through every step of the way. The after care is great and once you leave the hospital they are still there to answer any and all concerns. So glad we chose Dr I for our surgeon

Hospital BC is truly a hidden gem and Dr. Jalil is truly the best at what he does. From the valets to nurses and even the cleaning staff they all make you feel at home and safe. The after care doctors are so great giving you all the information for a safe recovery at home. Their service is excellent and they’re so attentive to all of your needs. If you’re having doubts this is your sign to go for it.

Beto ( transport) was awesome, sooooo friendly and helpful… staff was very nice, great hospitality… Dr. Illan was the best he explained very thing to me and answered all my questions…. I had a good experience here the moment I walk through the doors they were willing to help me to do anything that I need it done before the surgery manly Beto.
He made sure that if I needed something he made sure it was taken care of and gave me a heads up before something was about to happen the biggest thing he did was call my mother after I came out of surgery for that I think him
And the rest of the crew that works around them are all the same equally as nice always trying to find a way to help you out some don’t speak English but they try very well to work with you and that’s why I’m giving you five stars they pretty much told me and made me feel like part of the family when I stopped of those doors

I didn’t think it was all top notch as described, and now sitting here and writting my review seems unreal. My first experience was in booking my procedure, Inhad the priviledge of working with Alex, I submitted my request a night before, and the following day, he was already on the phone with me. He mentioned the process and prices, and then I requestes time to think about it. Never did I received a followed up call pressuring me to book or make a decision, and this sold me on the process. Excellent experience. Every part of the staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. The doctors, nurses, and assistants are always ready to help you and constantly check on you to make sure you're well. A nice and warm atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best hospital And care ..wish I would have done sooner

I just had surgery yesterday here at Hospital BC with Dr.illan and let me tell you that it was a great experience. My surgery went smooth. All the nurses here are great. They come check up on you every 20 min to see how your doing or if you need anything . I really recommend coming here if your looking into having Weight loss Surgery. I came here very nervous which is normal but now I feel super happy that I came here . Thank you again for this opportunity Dr.illan !!

Dr. Illian is the best along with his team. The make sure to answer all your question. They take their time and explain everything with details, hospital is really nice and clean.

I just had a mini gastric bypass with Dr. Illan and everything went wonderful. His staff is so attentive and so sweet. I would recommend him to anybody!

My experience at BC hospital has been amazing. I have received friendly treatment from the valet, reception, laboratory and studies. The nurses are very kind and are taking care of me 24/7, I have not felt alone at any time. Dr Illan and the entire staff were awesome to work with by text, phone calls and emails. When I met them in person, it the same. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone! This was a smooth experience!

Gold Standard Care!!!! Last Wednesday was the day my life changed and gave me a promising new beginning, providing me a path to a healthier longer life thanks to Hospital BC. I received the vertical sleeve gastrectomy from an incredible caring surgeon. . When I finally met Dr Illan I just knew with 💯 certainty I was in excellent hands. The staff has been nothing short of exceptional. I had pre op testing and interviewed by a medical assistant, a general MD and was given a thorough exam by a cardiologist and the anesthesiologist even before meeting Dr Illan. The nursing staff along with the transportation crew/support staff were there each and every time I needed them. Ready to help. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Even the night prior to me leaving, they sent a Dr to the hotel to do a incision check, vitals and teach me how to do the shot to prevent blood clots....

Hospital BC is amazing, very clean and well organized. The staff is very attentive and very professional. I highly recommend Hospital BC and Dr. Illan for him and his staff has truly changed my life! Everything went smoothly as soon as I got off the plane! Was picked right up and brought to the hotel then picked early for the hospital. Everything went quick as soon as we got here. All preops done then whisked away for surgery. Everyone has been very kind and helpful! I’m currently 1 day post op and going really well. Happy I decided to come to Hospital BC!

Everyone was so kind! I went alone and never felt I was alone. The entire staff was very attentive to my needs.

The only pain I had after surgery was from gas. Walking and GasX both helped with that.
