One of the best hospital experiences I have ever had. Every one is very friendly and very attentive. They are always checking on me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for any surgery.

I had a great experience here. The staff go above and beyond and make sure you need for nothing. Nurse Yaz and Beto were my favorites. I recommend anyone who is considering this facility should go for it. You won't be disappointed. I will definitely be returning for future procedures and telling my friends and family.

I came from Miami to do gastric sleeve at first I was very scared but the surgery went amazing. The staff very professional and attentive the doctors as well. This has been the best experience . The driver Sal was great and friendly made the drive easy. Beto another great staff member he help my mom with get delicious food, and he was very informative and helpful.

I would highly recommend coming to hospital BC. Dr Iilian and his staff are so kind . From the drivers who transport you to the people who clean the rooms and the translators and everyone in between they want you to succeed and feel comfortable getting there. Beto went above and beyond and was willing to get food for my husband so he could get something different from the cafeteria . My husband did say the cafeteria had delicious fish tacos I highly recommend this place and am so thankful I chose them.

Hospital BC has completely exceeded my expectations. The entire process was so simple. There is just so much to be thankful for... so let me put my thanks out there to our valets Luis and Beto. Thank you Beto for taking such good care of us and checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. To the entire nursing staff you all were so amazing ,kind, gentle, and compassionate. Dr Jalil Illan was great. He came in and talked us through the procedure and answered any questions we had. I will be forever grateful for this experience and would recommend Hospital BC to anyone.

I had surgery 03/20/23 my experience with the team has been amazing! They are very nice and willing to help with whatever you need! They have made sure that I am comfortable and have everything I need and have a full understanding of what’s to come! I came to Hospital BC in Tijuana Mexico as a companion with my best friend to have a bariatric procedure done. Overall, this was a very comfortable experience in terms of overall safety, staff friendliness and the hospital cleanliness. We had many concerns about traveling for a medical procedure however the hospital staff made it obvious that our safety and comfort was their number one priority. The staff made sure all our needs were met and it almost felt like having personalized concierge service. Dr. Illan and his entire team were extremely courteous and professional. They made sure we understood the process every step of the way and there was so much support to prevent language barriers which made us even more comfortable. The cafeteria has a reasonable selection of menu items and there are stores and a mall nearby for your shopping needs. As a companion I wasn’t sure what to...

My wife came here just over a year ago the experience was awesome. Now it’s my turn. Again the experience has been great. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hospital BC. Dr Illan is great.

Excellent experience, very good people, hospital very clean, Beto was an excellent support since i was by myself. I will recommend to anybody that need bariatric procedure. Exceptional service and the attention to detail has by far surpassed any experience that I have had in the states. Everyone has been beyond compassionate towards me. Your favorite guy here will be Beto and Fred. When I say they watch out for you they really do.

Great bedside manners. Highly recommended! Everyone was great. Dr. Illan was very patient and informative. The transportation team, valet (Beto and Fernando). Other doctors were supper professional.

Absolutley perfect only downside is the room temperature. Beto is wonderful!!definetly recommend

I have had the opportunity to be a patient at Hospital BC on 2 different occasions. Both times have been extremely amazing...from Dr Illan and the surgical team to the nurses and the care staff. AMAZING care and they all treat you like you are family! We finally got to meet Beto...he has been very helpful and keeps you smiling! Dr. Jalil Illan performed my surgery and came to my room personally to explain the procedure and guide me through the process. As expected, I was nervous, and he calmed my fears. I booked a bariatric surgery at this hospital 5 years after a close friend of mine had her gastric sleeve surgery, and her results were wildly successful. She had only good things to say, so I started my own independent research. What I found was the vast majority of reviews of this hospital, of the staff, and of surgeon, Dr. Jalil Illan, we’re exceptional. All of the communications I had from the moment I contacted them 4 months ago, to the follow-ups, and to meeting everyone in person for the first time, did not disappoint. The surgeon himself is probably the friendliest, most empathetic and caring doctor I have ever met. All of the doctors here have similar personalities. The nurses and all of the staff have been treasures. The only goal that any of these people have had in my entire stay here, has been my wellness, my comfort, and the assurance of an amazing and positive future...

Just had my surgery yesterday post op was tough with the nausea but the nurses kept giving me anti nausea medication and that helped!! This am I woke up feeling so much better. Our luggage was lost through spirit and Luis the driver went and picked it up and when I got into the room after surgery, he had brought it to our room. Beto is extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable and he’s just great all around very friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home. Dr Illin is so caring nice and all my anxiety left once I met him before surgery. I am ready for my journey and my new lifestyle.. I was so scared but so happy i did this!!!
