My experience here was very wonderful
I couldn't have asked for anything better..
Dr ILLAN was the most compassionate Dr I ever met.
Dr.Flores answered all my calls and emails
And explains everything will fluent details.
And Beto treated me like family very kind and took the time to make me and my daughter feel safe at all times.

My husband and I came together to have the gastric sleeve. We had a great experience here at Hospital BC. All of the staff were friendly and caring. Made us feel right at home. The pain was slim to none! We were up and walking just a few hours after surgery. I would recommend Hospital BC to anyone interested in having this procedure.

Beto was outstanding and so was the rest of the staff! Very attentive to our comfort and needs.

The facility is very modern and up-to-date. The Doctor is amazing. The nurses and staff, Beto & Fred took great care of me. I felt safe and not knowing Spanish was not and issues. Best decision every.

This has been one of the most incredible experiences I have had at any one hospital. It's really difficult to pin point any one thing that stood out the most. The drivers, desk clerks, nursing staff and all the doctors were all very nice and attentive to my needs. Explanation and process was detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking at making a life changing experience.

La experiencia en el hospital fue una de 5 estrellas todo el personal desde Sara, Beto el Dr. Illan y la Dra. Flor son excelentes y están pendientes que tú te sientas confiado en el proceso y te aclaran todas tus inquietudes. Te lo recomiendo y se que aveces dudamos ya que estamos viajando a un país distinto para hacernos una operación pero te aseguro que estarás en excelentes manos y no te vas a arepentir.

My experience with Hospital BC has been great. The coordination was seamless and they keep in touch throughout the process so you know what is next and what is to expect.

Airport pick up was seamless. Pre-op process is well thought out and transport to and from the hotel is no issue. I would say the hotel itself is clean but rooms are a bit dated.

Surgery day was also seamless, meeting with Dr Illan ahead of time helped my nerves for my revision. I was a bit groggy after surgery but not nauseous which was my main concern coming out so I was happy about that. Pain also was minimal, just more sore than anything, I was pleasantly surprised.

Valets Beto and Fred are very helpful. Same of the nursing staff is not fluent in English and they greatly assist with any translating needed to ensure you get the care you need.

My experience was so nice! My iv motor hated me but everytime I hit the button for help someone came asap! You’re in great hands when you come to hospital bc!

Such an amazing experience. From the moment Sal picked us up at airport to Sara doing our intake. Surgery day was smooth. Doctor Illan soothed my nerves with his confidence and expertise in the Bariatric field. Beto and Fred are both the nicest guys you will ever meet. You need anything, they are there to help. Day nurses were phenomenal as were the night nurses they just didn’t speak English. I would recommend Dr Illan and Hospital BC to everyone. .

From the moment we arrived at San Diego airport it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had with a hospital! All the DOCTORS and the STAFF were absolutely amazing, friendly , professional , knowledgeable and courteous, especially Dr.Illan Beto 😁and Fred. 😁. The facility was very clean as well. If you’re ever ready to change your life, get healthy , lose weight and need a jump start. I highly recommend getting a gastric sleeve at Hospital BC in Tijuana Mexico.

Awesome experience here, they have been very attentive and had been in constant communication since the very beginning of the process. Absolutely all of the staff is great. The doctors explain everything very thoroughly, the nurses have been on top of everything and the valets have been great with their information and making you feel at ease. Flor is a great tool you should most definitely take advantage of before and after your procedure. A huge shout out to Beto for checking in on me constantly. I most definitely recommend this facility and Dr. Ilan to anyone considering WLS.

Bill was very informative and helpful on getting things set up. The first day, Sal was great on our drive to the hospital. Once there, there wasn't much communication. So I didn't know what was going on. The hotel we stayed in was very nice. The next morning we were picked up by Fred and he was a great help though out our stay. Beto 'the dancing guy' was a great help also. The doctors and nurses were very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience for a surgery stay.

Beto was awesome took very care of me as well as all the doctors, nurses and staff. I recommend anyone to come. This is my second time around very clean nice and organized here.

This place is amazing, the nurses come right away when I need hers. The valets are awesome specially Beto and Salvador. I definitely recommend Hospital BC to anybody who needs this kind of procedure.

Hospital BC is fantastic! I was well taken care of: Beto, Fred, and Oscar were great for transporting me around and making sure my needs were met. Flor the nutritionist was super helpful in helping me understand the dos and don’ts in my diet both before and after my operation. Dr. Campos and Dr. Flores were both super nice and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Ilan was great and really knows his stuff. Everything here was amazing and I had an outstanding experience!

This has been a great experience. I'm looking forward to the weight loss and health benefits.

Highly recommend this hospital. Such friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and great staff on premises. The hospital is clean and newly renovated. If you're considering gastric surgery, I wouldn't trust any other place than here in Tijuana.

My entire experience from the airport to the hotel to the hospital was top notch! I can't get over the excellent care I have received whole here. I will definitely rate this 100% better than any state side hospital I've ever been too. Can't wait to come back and have my plastics!!!! Our staff was wonderful from pickup with Sal through my hospital stay with Beto by my side! The experience was top of its class.

My son, Dalton, and I traveled here from Kentucky after the recommendation of a past patient. From the time we were picked up from the airport and throughout our entire stay we were treated with care and compassion. Fred and Beto made us feel as if we were there to wait on us hand and foot! The nurses were amazing as well. When we clicked the call button someone came in immediately. Dr. Ilian Fajil and Bill spoke to us like we were family. The facility was very clean and sterile. We never felt unsafe or afraid. No hesitation in recommending Hospital BC and the doctor to others!
