If you are in need of any type of exterior cleaning on your home, you should contact Kope Services. Owners Warren and Kristen are a dynamic team with a strong work ethic, whose goal is not to just meet your expectations but to consistently exceed them.
They were at my home last week and worked non stop for 5 hours - very impressive! I had them soft wash my roof to remove all moss, mildew and mold (even my stone fireplace chimney looks amazing) They also soft washed my entire house, cleaned gutters which also including gutter brightening of my 22 year old gutters. The last step was cleaning 10 year old pavers in lower patio area - they now look new again. They will be returning in fall to clean gutters to remove leaves.
Once work was completed, they had me do a walk around to inspect all work and I immediately scheduled to have them return next year. The good news is,...

I hired Kope Services to clean up very neglected gutters and roof, and sidewalks that were covered in heavy moss. This turned out to be a challenging job, but I was not disappointed. Kope Services did an outstanding "Fall Cleaning" job on our home. Literally, from top to bottom... roof, gutters, siding, concrete... all sparkling clean! We had our gutters cleaned and sidewalks power washed. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They had the right equipment for the job. They did a great job.

Did an amazing job on my deck to make it ready for a new coat of stain. Also cleaned my garden sidewalks and edged them as well. Looks awesome! Kept in contact and very responsive. Would recommend!
