They showed up on time every day for the five days it took to remove over 1300 sq ft of old tile and carpet and it was really dustless and then install new tile. The crews were professional and did a beautiful job. The owner Colyn came by a number of times to make sure everything was going along smoothly. I would definitely recommend Kodiak for any flooring projects you might have
