Kodiak Tile and Stone

Kodiak was wonderful! We had them remove drab, old tile and replace it with beautiful new luxury vinyl plank flooring. They were fast, clean, and overall a pleasure to work with!

Kodiak Tile & Stone were outstanding! We remodeled our entire kitchen, master bathroom, half bathroom, laundry room, fireplace and installed new sliding glass doors and we couldn't be happier!

Colyn and the team were very professional. He provided us with an initial competitive estimate and kept the estimate updated as we made changes. As with any remodel, there's always changes and he was very flexible and provided expert recommendations we hadn't thought of to make our renovations better!

They operate dustless and they kept our home as clean as possible throughout the demolition and remodel. Thank goodness as we lived here at home while all the work was done. All of the work was done on time (as promised) with the exception of any materials that were on backorder.

Kodiak was amazing! We are remodeling while still living in our house and wanted dustless tile removal, and Kodiak delivered! They got all the tile out and got all of the bumps from the grout off within a few hours. I would absolutely recommend then for anyone needing work done!

This was my second time having to remove a large amount of tile in a home. The first time I had it done by my installer and it was the opposite of “dustless”.😅 When I heard about Kodiak from a friend I had to look into it! My wife and I are thrilled we did. The small increase in cost for the dustless service is worth every penny! And yes it was truly a dustless service! The staff was friendly and hard working as well.

We had the best experience with Kodiak Tile, from start to finish. Dallin was great to work with from the first day that he came to the house for an estimate. He was extremely helpful with my questions, always responded quickly, and very professional. The project was finished sooner than expected and looks amazing. The tile was removed in one day (as promised) and was truly dust-free. I'm still amazed by that process. The installation of the tile and baseboards came out perfect. The crew was hardworking and very nice to work with. Replacing our tile is something that I've wanted to do for years, but assumed that it would be too much of a disruption to our life.
