Kodiak Tile & Stone were outstanding! We remodeled our entire kitchen, master bathroom, half bathroom, laundry room, fireplace and installed new sliding glass doors and we couldn't be happier!
Colyn and the team were very professional. He provided us with an initial competitive estimate and kept the estimate updated as we made changes. As with any remodel, there's always changes and he was very flexible and provided expert recommendations we hadn't thought of to make our renovations better!
They operate dustless and they kept our home as clean as possible throughout the demolition and remodel. Thank goodness as we lived here at home while all the work was done. All of the work was done on time (as promised) with the exception of any materials that were on backorder.
To add a bit of perspective on the remodel:
- Removed all of the outdated low profile oak kitchen cabinets
- Removed all of the outdated tile countertops and replaced with granite countertops
- Removed all outdated glass block windows and shower
- Removed outdated built in jacuzzi bathtub
- Removed outdated cook top in center island and moved the sink to the center island by getting rid of an unnecessary kitchen window and installing a Wolf oven/range against the wall. A game changer in the kitchen!
- Replaced all outdated appliances and installed all new kitchen/bathroom hardware
- Removed outdated back patio door and replaced with sliding glass doors to open up our living area to the beautiful view of the Preserve!
A special shout out to Tony Debolt owner of Woodbee Custom Cabinets. He did all of the work on our custom cabinets, kitchen hood, fireplace mantel and re-stained all of our hardwood doors. He worked hand in hand with Kodiak to ensure cabinet installation coincided with all other projects. Tony's work is amazing and we highly recommend him for any new custom cabinets!
All in all, extremely satisfied with the work Colyn and his team did to make our home absolutely wonderful! Highly highly recommend Kodiak Tile & Stone for any remodeling project. Happy to provide a reference should anyone have any questions!
