When they say dustless, they mean it! The whole team was professional, they showed up when they said they would, and had everything cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Kodiak Stone and tile for your tile removal. It was worth every penny!

I’m extremely pleased with the service Kodiak provided. As a residential building inspector I am used to contractors taking shortcuts and caring only about their specific task withlittle regard for others. Rarely do they bother cleaning up behind themselves.
Kodiak provided exactly the service they advertised. Tile is gone, floors are smooth, and not a bit of dust. Just as importantly to me, they cleaned up behind themselves. Other than the tile being gone, my home shows no other trace that they had ever been here.

I would highly recommend Kodak Tile and Stone. I am a staunch do it yourselfer and had considered removing ceramic tile myself. But I am so happy that I did not tackle this job myself. Colin's crew were in and out of my house in about 5 hours. All of the rubble was carted away and the floor was left in perfect shape for the new flooring. Best of all there was no dust so my wife was overjoyed. They were even able to save some of the tile for me so I could do a small area in our garage. Well worth the price.

We just bought a new home and wanted to upgrade the flooring.... was looking for a dust free tile removal company and was warned by other "experts" that there is no such thing, and in comes Kodiak!

Colyn and in his team, removed almost 2K Sqft of tile in about 4 hours...and completely dustless! The guys were fast and efficient- I also hired them to do the install, and the floors are looking great!

Kodiak did a great job of removing our tile. Once they were finished, the concrete was as smooth as the day it was poured and it was all done dust-free.

My and my husband experience with Colin and the Kodiak Tile and Stone was amazing!!! They used their dust free system to take up 1200 ft of travertine. Kodiak did an incredible job.... They were on time, meticulous, courteous and more. The tile removal job was absolutely dust free and quick. I would highly recommend them.

I had Kodiak come out and do approx. 400 sq. Ft of tile removal in my newly purchased home. Not only did they exceed expectations, but they were awesome to work with and got it done in super fast! Leaving behind no mess at all, even hauled off some other trash I had piled up from demo. They take your old tile floor back to smooth concrete and ready for new flooring and make it look like a walk in the park! I highly recommend them if you need that old tile removed, save your back and let the pros at Kodiak Tile and Stone knock it out of the park for you like they did for me!

Kodiak dustless tile removal system rocks! I had Kodiak come and remove 700 sq ft of ceramic tile from my house. I was able to speak directly to the owner Collyn who walked me through the process over the phone which was a plus for me. Every time I called Collyn he answered his phone! His crew showed up ON TIME, they were very clean and professional. There system is not exactly totally dustless, but I would say 98% dustless, which is to be expected I think. The crew wiped down pretty much my entire house furniture, cabinets, countertops etc. which took care of that remaining 2% of dust. There were no surprise costs as the entire job from estimate to payment went extremely smooth!
If you need tile removed I highly recommend Kodiak Tile and Stone.

Kodiak absolutely knocked it out of the park. My wife and I were hesitant with our tile removal needs. Our home has flat walls and flat paint which can show dirt and dust very easily. Colyn and his team took care of us very well starting with a competitive price and executing the removal without any dust on the walls. His team was great, quick and very professional.

kodiak tile and stone came to remove tile and thinset. what they advertise with dustless tile and thinset removal was true. did an excellent job removing both , took away tile and thinset ( that was pure dust) away and vacuumed floor and cleaned up before leaving. Colyn was very honest, polite ,true to his estimate and answered all questions. his crew were hardworking ,polite and respectful. would recommend them to anyone. don't try it yourselves like we did and just have a big mess . call colyn . you will be glad you did when they are finished!

From the initial meeting, everyone was responsive and explained every detail of what would happen. The job was done on time. The crew was friendly and answered my questions about the process. It was amazing that an entire house of tile could be torn out without dust. The job was cleaned up and made ready for the new flooring. Kodiak Tile and Stone are highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with Kodak and stone. The tile removal truly was dust free which was amazing. They did a beautiful job with the installation and they did just what they said in the timeframe they set.

WOW and WOW again. This is a great service and a great company. Colyn always answered phone calls and emails promptly and answered all of my questions. Robert and his crew were wonderful to work with, prompt and respectful of my home. The crew drove up from Queen Creek to Prescott to do this job (2.5 hours each way) and were here at the appointed time. They worked efficiently and did a great job. And YES it is DUSTLESS. They exceeded my expectations.

I rarely write reviews but Kodak and the owner Colyn warrant the time taken to write this one. The level of professionalism was top notch and stayed that way from start to finish. Colyn came out to meet me, measure and went over pricing. Other companies that also offer dust free removal charged considerable more per square foot and couldn’t be bothered to come to my house. Colyn was readily available with any additional questions that i had. 1st day of the removal the crew showed up ready to go. Very considerate and respectful of my home. Later that day i stopped by and the crew leader showed me around and showed great pride in their work. The 2nd day i came at the end of the job and the level of clean up was top notch. All i can say is if you are looking for dust free this company is the only one to use.

We had close to 700 s/f of tile to rip up. These guys did a great job. They brought it back to smooth concrete and no dust. Couldn't be happier. Now we can install plank luxury vinyl that looks like wood with no problems. I recommend anyone who needs to pull tile to use Kodiak. No mess to deal with and they leave it clean.

I hired Colyn to remove saltillo tile and demo my two bathroom and kitchen. He and his crew did an amazing job! They were in and out in two days and removed all thinset and the concrete is now ready for my new floors. Very professional and on top of it!!!! Thank you, Colyn!!!
