The Kodiak Team was on time, professional, very fast, and did an excellent job. We had over 800 square feet of tile removed in under six hours WITHOUT covering the whole house in dust! Absolutely worth every penny! Thank You Team Kodiak!

I was skeptical about a dustless tile removal system but I’m not skeptical any longer . I am sold!!! What an amazing process. The guys said they would arrive at 7:00am and they did! Working with Kodiak Tile & Stone was a refreshing & wonderful experience! We had flooring/baseboards, dry wall, painting, concrete, electrical & stone fireplace reworked/done. Had the dustless tile removal & was amazed how much cleaner of a process it was! Colyn was good to communicate with, showed up on time (or early) when he or workers were scheduled to be here. Job was quality, done well & timely. If there was a delay with product or change in schedule he was good to inform me. Workers were careful & left things very clean each day. Would highly recommend & plan to have him do another remodel project for us!

All of you that think dustless tile removal is not a thing. Well it is! Dallin and his crew at Kodiak are no joke. Can I just say that Dallin was always very responsive to all of my questions. He worked right along with his crew to ensure that the job was flowing. The crew was very respectful of our home. They called me the week of our scheduled day to confirm, showed up on time and completed the job within the timeframe they said they would. My husband and I found it hard to hire a reputable and reliable contractor here in the valley - but we found one in Colyn and his team. Kodiak Tile and Stone did great work at my home. The crew was efficient and very thorough. They removed my existing ceramic tile and took every precaution not to damage walls and cabinetry. They work as a team and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. These guys were first rate, high praise all around.

The teams from Kodiak Tile & Stone did a great job of replacing our 2200 square feet of carpet, tile and wood flooring with wood-look porcelain tile and baseboards.

Our demolition team arrived on time and worked for two days removing the existing flooring. This phase of the project was completed efficiently and created only a minimum of dust.

The tilers worked efficiently for two weeks installing the new flooring. The job was scheduled so that one area of the house was completed leaving one bathroom available while work was completed on the other half. We feel that the flooring and decorative tiling on fireplace hearth and on bathroom floor was excellent.

The new baseboards were installed next, again with efficiency and the painters worked the following day to complete our job.

Kodiak was a pleasure to deal with, starting with the initial proposal. All of my interactions were very professional. You are left with the feeling that you will be taken care of. The demo was done with the zero-dust process and it was just as advertised. Floor prep was done well and on schedule. The tile installation was truly special, the house is full of curved walls and the tile cuts at the baseboard are tight everywhere. Real craftsmanship. The left the job all clean, and on time. I would recommend them without reservation.

Colyn and all of his crews were amazing! We couldn't have been happier with everything they did. We used the dustless tile removal, which was fast and completely dust free! Install of the new floor was flawless. We had walls removed and rebuilt, a bathroom completely remodeled with new fixtures and tile and along with all of that a stone fireplace built and installed...again perfect!
