Wow!! I am so impressed with this company. They were so quick and really affordable. I got a quote from a different person for $3200 and Kodiak did the same job for $1500! Dallin & his crew were very professional, removed my tile in under 4 hours and cleaned up the area nicely. I would definitely recommend them. They have been the easiest contractors to work with in our whole remodel by far!

My husband came across Kodiak Tile on the road and saw their business. We had been needing Tile removal in our home for remodel project. We gave them a call to come out on Mon., to give us a quote, Dallin was out here within few hrs! He was professional and friendly, gave us our quote really quick and made it simple. He explained the dustless process as other companies are promoting this yet there is still a "potential" of dust landing in your home. Not Kodiak and their process! We proceeded with our project and Dallin's equipment held up to his word! We had installation scheduled within 1-2 weeks and came out with their team and completed the job within a few hrs. They cleaned up so well and inspected very well. No dust! So happy we went with you all great job and thank you Kodiak for making this process easy!

Hey people, I was reviewing companies to remove my older Spanish 18 inch tile.. after a few ph. interviews, I went with Kodiak.. well 1st I saved $1 k on estimate compared to the next guy.. They showed up on time & worked Hard during their time @ my home. Floor truly came out great .. I will still float concrete for best finished floor for luxury vinyl planks install. It’s as “ dustless as possible “ only the slightest dust was found, but very surprised, it’s nothing almost. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! After hearing horror stories about the amount of unavoidable dust and naysayers telling me tile removal can't be dust free, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Kodiak's team did an AMAZING job!!! Worth every penny but even their prices were so REASONABLE!! Wouldn't hesitate in the least to recommend and hire them again, though thankfully we have no more tile to remove!! LOL They also removed carpeting! Truly dust free!!!

I received 4 different bids to remove and install tile for ~2,600 sq ft. Kodiak was the best value for the dollar and the customer orientation by Dalin and Colin was amazing. They hit the schedule that they committed to and we were within the budget that we established. We were so happy with their work that we had them do our fireplace as well as our tub. I have been wowed! Landon and his team were at my house at precisely 7am, just when they said they would be. I can't say enough good things about these guys. The team worked hard and efficiently to remove the stubborn tile, grout and mortar, as well as moved the necessary appliances out of the way and put them back when they were all done. They vacuumed up ALL of the debris, and there was literally NO DUST left behind. I almost went with a "no name" company but because I have Asthma and animals, I called Kodiak, not to mention all of the already existing 5 STAR reviews that you can't ignore (and shouldn't), and they DID NOT disappoint! I hired Colyn to do dust free tile removal at my home. His team removed about 1,000 square feet of travertine and I was very happy with the results. I did a lot of research before hiring Kodiak, and I knew I wanted to pay the extra money for the dust free removal as we are living in the house. It was worth every penny. Colyn was very responsive to any question or concern I had. He had a crew of about 3-4 guys working hard the entire day they were here. I would definitely recommend Kodiak for dust free tile removal. I even had a couple friends and neighbors stop over to see what they were doing and they could not believe the lack of dust. I will use them again in the future when I have the bathrooms done.

After a botched tile flooring job from a different contractor, I hired Kodiak. I was a little skeptical about the “dustless” part since the first time I had so much dust and debris everywhere. So, this time I had Containments installed as a precaution. In hindsight that was a waste of time and money! This truly is a dustless removal. We had our tile removed yesterday and I have to say it is well worth the added cost. Normal removal you have dust so thick that you cannot breathe, but not with dustless removal. I was so impressed and would highly recommend this company. The crew they sent in were so kind, hard working and did an exceptional job. Five star rating from us!

After an aborted attempt to remove 600 feet of tile on my own, exhausted and my house full of dust, I made a Saturday night call to Kodak tile for help. I was shocked to get an immediate response where I was quickly able to set up an appointment. Before I knew it, the crew was here and finished what I couldn’t do in just a couple of hours. I don’t know that it was dust free, however, I can say I 100% did not see or find any dust. The crew did a great job cleaning up everything and my house was actually cleaner after they were done than when they arrived. They also helped prep my floor by grinding down some high spots so I was completely ready to lay down my floor. It was a great experience.
