K&M Steam Cleaning

It was my first time and my mattress was very clean and it looked awesome. I RECOMMEND REY AND JOSH, they where so cool and nice 👍🏼 I will definitely call back if I need them again.

They are very thorough with their work. They charge reasonable fees and are very professional.

The pictures on the website did not do the actual service justice!! I have tried to clean our grout with "muriatic" acid - all for not! They were quick, professional and answered all our questions. Rey and his assistant went "yard" on our house! I will highly recommend them for service!

Rey and Larance came out to do our hardwood floors and carpets. They did an amazing job and were super professional. They suggested where we needed pet treatment and got our carpets looking brand new. We will definitely be sticking to them when it comes to getting our flooring done

Yesterday I had the team from K & Steam Cleaning out to my home to clean my carpers and sectional couch. Lawrence and Nate were the two technicians that did a great job on both the carpet and sectional. Cant give enough of praise to both Lawrence and Nate for their outstanding work and friendly and positive attitude. Have used other cleaning services prior to K & M and never have had a more positive experience with their company and employees. Highly recommend them..........

My entire house flooded from a burst pipe. K & M arrived that day. They removed all the water. If which there was a lot. Leaving the floors bone dry. They then saved the floors, walls, even the wall boards. Amazing service. Very professional.

I recently purchased a new home and contracted K&M Steam Cleaning to deep clean my carpets before move in. They did a great job and were warm and professional. I will definitely use them again as I plan to have periodic deep cleanings for my carpet.

Rey saved the day! We scheduled this morning at 8, and he came right at 10 and helped clean the carpet of a house we are renting. I’m very allergic to dogs and the previous tenant had a large lab. Rey cleaned all the carpets and did a sander treatment. We would of have to move back out move in if it wasn’t for Rey & K&M steam cleaning.

Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of K&M Steam Cleaning. They did a wonderful job on my kitchen and bathroom tile grout cleaning. Their carpet cleaning service is excellent too! I would highly recommend K and M Steam Cleaning for tile, carpet cleaning.

Ken and skyler will diligently explain and disect the condition of your carpet and what measures can be taken to clean and or if it's too late to remove a certain stain or what to use and why.

Kyler is professional and clearly explained the service. The results were better than I expected, the price is the best I found in Austin.
I plan to use them again!

thanks Kyler and Brittany

Great experience! The appointment was set up and communication was prompt. The guys showed up on time. Introduced themselves and explained the process. They treated my furniture gently and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great company. Been using them for years. Excellent quality and service.

I have tried many carpet cleaners over the years until I tried K&M, they are simply the best. You'll find they are priced competitively, courteous, on time and do a fine job cleaning you carpet, tile and floors.

Brandon showed up and was very professional and courteous. My wife had a few specific things she wanted done to the carpet and he was more than willing to help out. They were thorough and efficient! That is all i can ask for in a service related call. On top of that Brandon is an Army veteran who served in IRaq and I am grateful to meet those who served us overseas.

K & M Steam Cleaning is one of our favored vendors for 10+ years for our property management company. High quality work, fair pricing and an owner with very high integrity who stands by their work. We use them for carpet cleaning, carpet patching and power washing. They are terrific.

We have been using K&M for years and have always returned to them because the customer experience for us has always been great. They actually stand behind their work and care about what they do. They've worked hard to make our very well worn carpet look as good as possible. Good local folks and we'll continue to use their services.

We received excellent service from the office staff on our initial call to the service provided by Brandon. We would definitely recommend K&M to anyone looking for a reputable company! They did a great job! Thanks!

The K & M team was on time and ready. Lead by Mario, they were able to drastically improve the carpet which was stained badly in some areas! The also cleaned the tile & grout making it look like new. I also used their Power Washing service on the outside of home, patio, driveway and sidewalk which gave it a clean and new look. Ready to put up the 'For Sale' sign. Great Job!!

K&M has patched 2 areas of carpet in my house and you can't even tell where the patches are. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them!

Rey and Keewaun were awesome, super friendly and went above and beyond :) my carpets look and smell great

I was very happy with Brandon with K&M and the work he did. I had 5 area rugs that needed cleaning and pet treatment applied. Brandon and coworker were polite and professional and entire visit lasted about 3 hrs. Great work...very satisfied.

Scheduler was friendly and flexible. Got same day completion!. Two guys were professional and did a great job on carpets and tile! 1/2 the price of other company I got quoted. Will recommend and use again!

I'm a property manager and have a need for carpet and tile cleaning, power washing and smell removal often. I have used Ken and K & M Steam Cleaning for 10+ years and they are terrific.
