K & M Steam Cleaning made our office look and smell amazing. Friendly, helpful staff came right when they said they would and called ahead. Will likely have them do my carpets when I move out of my apartment in a few weeks. Best of the best.

I have used K&M Steam Cleaning for about 7 years. The guys are always professional, arrive when they say they will and provide excellent service for a low price. Last week, my husband tripped over the coffee table and spilt a grande mocha ALL over my living room carpet. If you have ever tried to clean coffee out of carpet, you know what a disaster this is. I called on a Friday morning and talked to the owner, and he had two guys at my house that day. They got the coffee out, and even spot cleaned a few rooms for me while they were there and my carpet looks wonderful. I love these guys, recommend them to all my friends!!

These guys were great! First the office called to tell me the crew was on their way, our appt was at 9am. Then the two guys Manny and Christian showed up at 9 on the money and got right to work. They were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job on the carpet, it looks and smells great. They took less than an hour and the price on the coupon $69 was the price I paid, no bait and switch or pressure to get more services done. We will definitely use them again and I will tell everyone about them. Thanks guys!!!

I hired them to clean the carpets in my apartment, and it was a great experience start to finish. I used the info form on the website to request a quote and someone emailed me the same day. The crew showed up as planned, and were very efficient (they call to give you about a 30 minute heads up that they're on their way). They did a great job getting my carpets cleaned, took care with moving furniture, and were very reasonably priced (about 20-30% lower than their competitors). Would use them again in a heartbeat!
