Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of K&M Steam Cleaning. They did a wonderful job on my kitchen and bathroom tile grout cleaning. Their carpet cleaning service is excellent too! I would highly recommend K and M Steam Cleaning for tile, carpet cleaning.

Ken and skyler will diligently explain and disect the condition of your carpet and what measures can be taken to clean and or if it's too late to remove a certain stain or what to use and why.

Kyler is professional and clearly explained the service. The results were better than I expected, the price is the best I found in Austin.

The K & M team was on time and ready. Lead by Mario, they were able to drastically improve the carpet which was stained badly in some areas! The also cleaned the tile & grout making it look like new. I also used their Power Washing service on the outside of home, patio, driveway and sidewalk which gave it a clean and new look. Ready to put up the 'For Sale' sign. Great Job!!

K&M has patched 2 areas of carpet in my house and you can't even tell where the patches are. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them!

Brandon repaired two sections of my carpet that I thought were NOT repairable! He is amazing! I could not tell there was damage there after he was done! Then he cleaned the carpet and got all of my stains out! My carpet looks brand new! Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced!
