I reached out to K&M yesterday after reading reviews of some different companies. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out the very next day. The guys were very friendly and professional, listened to what I was needing and finished within an hour. We got an area rug, sectional couch, and tile floors cleaned and they all look amazing! Best part was it cost less than I had budgeted. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

I highly recommend! They have cleaned the carpet throughout my whole house 4-5 over the past few years. I have pet/spot pretreatment, cleaning then scotch guarding done. They've always been good at doing little things at no charge ie. Walkin closets or my cat walk. They move my furniture and put plastic underneath the feet when putting it back. The carpet looks and smells great when they are done. A year ago.I wanted my kitchen grout cleaned and resealed after cleaning it I was told it was sealed and didn't need to be resealed! I was shocked, they saved me probably $600.
That kind of honesty is hard to find, they have a customer for life. You won't go wrong having them clean your carpet!

Extremely impressed with the two teams who have been to my house: Mike, Matthew, Josh, and Carlos! Very polite and professional, on time, well educated on the process and treatments, and very efficient & considerate when working in my home. The company never tried to upsell me something I didn't need and has very competitive rates. They have made carpet and rug cleaning so easy and I will absolutely use them for all services in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We hired K&M Steam Cleaning to clean our upstairs carpet and stretch several areas that had buckled. The team was incredibly professional, gave us a reasonable bid, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. They were able to work around our children's virtual learning and cleaned our carpets on a Saturday morning. Our older carpet was repaired and looks brand new. I will continue to hire K&M Steam Cleaning for annual cleaning.

The pictures on the website did not do the actual service justice!! I have tried to clean our grout with "muriatic" acid - all for not! They were quick, professional and answered all our questions. Rey and his assistant went "yard" on our house! I will highly recommend them for service!

Rey and Larance came out to do our hardwood floors and carpets. They did an amazing job and were super professional. They suggested where we needed pet treatment and got our carpets looking brand new. We will definitely be sticking to them when it comes to getting our flooring done

Yesterday I had the team from K & Steam Cleaning out to my home to clean my carpers and sectional couch. Lawrence and Nate were the two technicians that did a great job on both the carpet and sectional. Cant give enough of praise to both Lawrence and Nate for their outstanding work and friendly and positive attitude. Have used other cleaning services prior to K & M and never have had a more positive experience with their company and employees. Highly recommend them..........

My entire house flooded from a burst pipe. K & M arrived that day. They removed all the water. If which there was a lot. Leaving the floors bone dry. They then saved the floors, walls, even the wall boards. Amazing service. Very professional.

I recently purchased a new home and contracted K&M Steam Cleaning to deep clean my carpets before move in. They did a great job and were warm and professional. I will definitely use them again as I plan to have periodic deep cleanings for my carpet.

Rey saved the day! We scheduled this morning at 8, and he came right at 10 and helped clean the carpet of a house we are renting. I’m very allergic to dogs and the previous tenant had a large lab. Rey cleaned all the carpets and did a sander treatment. We would of have to move back out move in if it wasn’t for Rey & K&M steam cleaning.
